I called 3 times to find out if they would replace the transmission or CVT filter while performing the service. The service advisor never called me to verify the replacement. We were told it has no filter transmission or CVT filter while performing the service. The service advisor never called me to verify the replacement. We were told it has no filter when in actuality there is a filter after researching the topic. I won't return for any additional work as the are not fully staffed to even return a customers call. This facility has even forgot to replace the locking wheel lugs after a previous tire rotation I lost one and had to tighten the. up myself. Nothing has changed for the better there in over 4 yrs since we last purchased from them. I couldn't recommend them for future work. More

This is a very unreliable establishment, they have no integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promo integrity and a disgusting attitude. The managers and general manager are very unprofessional to the point that I don't even know how they were promoted to that position. With these managers attitudes you can see that it affects most of the employees too, because their attitudes were also disgusting. I wish no harm to the people at this establishment but I do hope there are changes but at this moment I wouldn't recommend this car dealership to anyone. More
