Communication is definitely not Reliable Nissans strong point. The most communication I got was from an employee named Stephanie who works outside of the service department. (Thank you Stephanie) I was expecting for the manager to be there when I went to pick up my car, per our conversation, but was not there to speak with me and I still haven't heard from Reliable. That was 3 days ago. I have not been happy with Reliable Nissan since buying my SUV from them in 2023. More

Not fair with pricing on unsed vehicles. Would not offer me the internet price. No follow ups whatsoever after delivery of vehicle.
