Great service! I took my 2017 Chevy Trax in for a recall problem. I added an oil change to done, and they forgot to do it. The service I received was very generous! They made me another appointment & took 5 problem. I added an oil change to done, and they forgot to do it. The service I received was very generous! I appreciate the communication with quotes and updates as to where they were with repairs. Your location resolved the two main issues I was having. I previously had taken the car to another Chevy location an to where they were with repairs. Your location resolved the two main issues I was having. I previously had taken the car to another Chevy location and they would not quote me. Told me they couldn’t give out a quote. Would have to tear the car apart and then repair. Didn’t make sense.
