My father took the car in once and I’ve taken it in twice. The CarPlay is still not fixed. My car is a 2024 and under warranty. It should not be so difficult to time consuming on my part to have th twice. The CarPlay is still not fixed. My car is a 2024 and under warranty. It should not be so difficult to time consuming on my part to have this resolved. My daughters phone works in every car in your lot but it doesn’t work in her own car. AJ has been very pleasant to work with but 3 times is too many. He told me I should be expect a resolution by Friday but I reached out to him on Friday and AJ said Honda has been contacted and that it’s now in their hands. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I trusted HONDA as I currently have 3 Hondas and I have had 6 in the past. I bought her this 2024 new vehicle so that she would have CarPlay. It’s under warranty and needs to be fixed ASAP. I’d like to be contacted by the factory rep at this time. More

Brett and AJ was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I grew to trust them. Any question I may have had, they took the time to explain everything and made sure I fully understood their res knowledgeable. I grew to trust them.
