He was trying to sell me something he didn't even know had been done. Furthermore, on my last invoice, he didn't itemize the repair at all; he just put $1,700 and that's it. This last service, which cost over $1,800, also does not appear in my history on the website.

They are both uploaded into the system. The one you're referring to does not have a description typed in it on of what was done. I can't go back into that one and add anything once it's closed. So what I did was create a new repair order and put a description in of what was done so it's documented. Please send me your email and I'll scan it over to you. Thank you.

On this routine visit, they advised me to replace the oil filter housing gasket for $295. I agreed, but they told me to come back the next day since they didn't have the part in stock. I paid for it that same day.

When I arrived, I told him I needed that part replaced, but minutes later he said that other things needed to be done and that the total would exceed $2,800. When I saw the first suggestion, it was the drive belt, which had been replaced in October. I told him, and he was surprised and said he hadn't checked the service history. At that point, my trust was completely lost because he was offering me something simply to make a sale.
We reached an agreement for $1,700, but in the end, my invoice only shows $1,610 for Multi-Point Inspection and other items listed, totaling $1,879. However, the itemized bill doesn't mention the $1,610. This service also doesn't appear in my website visit history. Could you please add it to my history?
