The fact is that this 'WHOLE' dealership collaborates as a team and everyone in this dealership exhumes customer service at a level that is far superior than I have ever witnessed before. Upon my arrival I was greeted at the door and was delivered and introduced to Romelo who I have been talking on line with since February. Romelo gave me a great deal on a new Genesis and was a complete pleasure to work with! In addition to Romelo's expertise what also sold me was the complete car buying experience with this dealership, no pressure, no hassle, and honesty....... yes I said honesty, and it came from the used car Domestic Manager that gave me a great price for my trade-in, equal to NADA and Kelly Blue book value! Alex in finance was outstanding and Alex the General Manager came and thanked me for the purchase as well. The other sales personnel that I conversed with that day while visiting were also very receptive and also excellent connoisseur's of customer service. When we got to the dealership AK had the car pulled up ready for a test drive. He walked us through purchasing options before sitting us down with Mike and Alex to handle the financing. Mike and Alex were very helpful letting us know which options make the most sense for us. After we got through finance AK informed us that the detailers had left for the day, so he cleaned the car as best he could but said we could get it detailed the next time we are in. The whole team made us very comfortable and I would go back again. More

2019 Tuscon Bought the new car and needed to have some extras installed in it so an appointment was made for me to drop off my car and get a loaner while mine was Bought the new car and needed to have some extras installed in it so an appointment was made for me to drop off my car and get a loaner while mine was being serviced. I drove into the bay, was met right away and go everything done in a 1/2 hour and I was leaving with the loaner. The next day I got a call saying my car was done and could be picked up. I went to the dealer and turned in the loaner and picked up my car. I was very pleased that everything went so fast and smooth. The only downside was that I was not shown how my new items worked or any explanation to treatment, care or useage and the pamphlets that came with the items said not much. More

After a few days I noticed there are some things on the bar that isn’t working... and I am confident that when I get back into town, that Abdi will assure that those things get fixed without issue. Stopped in and drove up and down the aisles checking all the different types of SUV's they had...and they had quite a lot to choose from. We ended up choosing 3 used SUV's to choose from. The salesman answered all our questions, helped us to decide the differences between them and was very knowledgeable to any questions we had. In the end, we decided on the 2019 Tucson that was on the showfloor. We were the handed off to the finance officer to go over all the paperwork and questions that had to do with the purchase of the car. He was again very knowledgeable and guided us through the paperwork in no time. Whether we bought a new or used vehicle from them, they handled us with respect and made us feel like family. The warranty and services for the car are next to none that i know of. Oh, we had stopped at most of the dealers in the Richfield/Bloomington area and the Luther Kia and This Luther Hyundai we professional in every aspect. We almost bought a Hyundai, but decided to do further looking and that's how we ended up there. Well done and thanks. More
