Where to start, my crosstrek was towed in on Dec 29th completely dead. On Dec 30th they called to get information about what happened, information that was already provided during my call with them. Dec 29. Dec31, no call and no update on status. I only have one vehicle so this is somewhat urgent. Jan 2nd I tried calling for 2 hours no one answered any calls, I left a message. This is normal for them, they never answer the phone in service and if you leave a message you'll likely get no call back, and if you do its hours later. I finally talked to someone after 2.5 hours of calling. The attitude of the service person was shocking, he immediately said no one will be able to look at it until maybe Monday. They haven't even assessed whats wrong, it could be something very simple. I like the vehicle, but with this kind of service I will never purchase another Subaru again. This is not the first occurrence of this kind of service. Now I need to rent a car, not the service I'm used to getting from any other dealer.
