Great service - Tony
Levi & Carter Honda were quick, friendly and efficient with the service of my CRV. I liked how Levi texted me about the service - much easier than doing phone tag.
2020 Honda Insight Touring purchase - John Pricop
Just happened to be the fist buyer of a new 2020 Honda Insight Touring at Westwood Honda. Having done my homework ahead of time on what the best car would be for my family, all I had to do before going to see and try the actual car was to exchange a few emails with the salesperson (Jamie Fisher) and agree on the terms of our interaction. Jamie proved to be a straightforward and well-informed person, which made my (and my wife's) experience at the dealership a very pleasant one. We were able to close a tentative deal in about 30 minutes. We were also trading in our 14-year old Honda Civic, for which we've got a fair price given its condition, courtesy of sales manager Dan Ost.
Since the car in the colour we wanted was not yet in the lot (again, this is the new 2020 Insight version which only recently started to make its way into Canada), Jamie went to great lengths to get for us quickly a car in our chosen colour, which arrived at the dealership a few days later. The financial aspect of the purchase was expertly handled by Nadia.
All in all, we were happy with our new car buying experience at Westwood Honda. We recommend this dealership to anyone who lives in the Tri-City area.
Friendly and professional - Tim Canada
Bought my new Honda CRV in for a replacement of my side window signal. Treated well by all. Joe Driver was my service advisor. No complaints for my first visit as repair still under warranty and they are all trained to deal professionally with customers. I will continue to deal with them in the future and see.
fraudsters - Mark T.
Want to share my experience maybe help someone. I bought HRV two years back and during talking about the price and negotiation they constantly pushing biweekly even tough i said few times i want monthly only. They said ok. Again at the sign day they give me biweekly contract. I was mad and said i dont want biweekly i want monthly. They said you can change it. I said ok. And some Chinese guy i dont remember his name he wanted so badly to push me to buy some insurance it was so unpleasant i got angry and after third time he stopped. Later, when i email finance service in Toronto they told me you cant change anything its the contract, you cant go now to monthly. After that they just didnt respond to any email. So instead of 29k will pay them 31.5k for the car which worth is 21k. They will see any way to take you more money. And, you pay HRV name (brand) around 1200!!??! Whats that? So read carefully and be strong in what you want.
Excellent Service Advisors, Tony MA & Norman Joe - PERRI
These 2 Vancouver Honda Service Advisors (Tony MA & Norman Joe) were very helpful on June 22, 2019 & provided excellent service to a 2017 Honda CRV Touring client. They were clear, concise, communicated well and answered all questions so the client understood the items bei g serviced. Having bought 4 new Hondas in the last 4 years, these 2 advisors have provided excellent & helpful service guidance. These 2 advisors at Vancouver Honda always provide exemplary unmatched customer service. My name is Mr. T Perri and would like the ownership & management team to recognize these service advisors. Thank you so much Tony & Norman for your exceptional service!!! Regards, Mr. T. Perri - Vancouver, BC.
Worst car services need customer to point out the failure - Basilisk
Suggested unnecessary service which I have to paid and was not relevant to resolve my car's mechanical issue. Had to bring my car in and actually point out where the problem is and let them performed another service which got lucky covered with the additional extend warranty that I purchased when I leased the car.
I will not recommend doing car service here at all. It was expensive and did not receive the same value of the money. However, they do provide the curtsy car which maybe other car service company did not have.
I will list what I experienced from this store
1. OEM windshield wiper will always break down which make uncomfortable sound and service agent said we need to replace it every 3-4 months (Bosch third party windshield wiper was still working since 2017)
2. Replaced light bulb without telling customer and want to charge the fee
3. Auto rain sensing from Honda is not that precise, service agent suggested me to buy BMW instead. (The auto rain sensing on Honda civic has a known issue that the system need to do some collaboration test, but apparently service agent did not know that)
4. Recommend the auto service that I have to pay by myself which is not mandatory but also did not fix the issue I had on my car.
5. Suggested wheel alignment to fix the defected tie rod? I learned a lot more about the car from this lesson.
Thank you OpenRoad Honda.
Really horrible service - Boey073317$
We ordered a brand new vehicle one and half months ago, and then they told me we can get the vehicle around July or Aug! Today, the salesman(Paul) called me about they want us to used BRAND NEW VEHICLE PRICE to buy another DISPLAY CAR which had already 200KM or they are going to order the vehicle for us today. So the delivery would be delayed one more month! Plus, he was not trying to help for solving the problem, just keep pushing us to agree all the change! We already told them at the beginning about we have to use the vehicle at the end of Aug! They don’t even let us know the delay until we ask them again.
Thank you service Advisor Dan Pollard - Dl
My car needed a service and Dan managed to get me a service in one day as I had the opportunity to go on a road trip and my car was overdue for a service. Much appreciated_ big thank you??
