This is my second visit to Jonker for annual winterizing and check-up. I received excellent, thorough service as I did last time, and I love that my CRV had been vaccuumed and washed when I went to pick it up, soooooo clean!!! Service costs were very reasonable. THANKS again for everything! They were able to find and repair a leak in my tire (3 visits to a tire shop did not reveal the location of this slow leak, turned out to be the valve stem itself). Michael kept me up to date, and went over other repairs that will be needed shortly.

Well 2 years later and oh how things change!
Went in to get my car fixed...and it was suggested I trade my car in for a never model.
Sad to report Jason, the manager at the time I bought my 1st car, was gone. Apparently all the customer service went with him.
Finance dept was the WORST! The one girl actually kept yawning on the phone while talking to me! Zero follow up... and no return call from the manager, with whom I had delt with. Guess they have turned into same as all the others! And I’m figuring they don’t need my business! All the referrals I used to send their way...no more!

Bought my new Honda CRV in for a replacement of my side window signal. Treated well by all. Joe Driver was my service advisor. No complaints for my first visit as repair still under warranty and they are all trained to deal professionally with customers. I will continue to deal with them in the future and see.

It's not often that you come away feeling satisfied from negotiating the purchase of a new car. Ari made sure that I got everything that I wanted. Worst car services need customer to point out the failure - Basilisk
Suggested unnecessary service which I have to paid and was not relevant to resolve my car's mechanical issue. Had to bring my car in and actually point out where the problem is and let them performed another service which got lucky covered with the additional extend warranty that I purchased when I leased the car.
I will not recommend doing car service here at all. It was expensive and did not receive the same value of the money. However, they do provide the curtsy car which maybe other car service company did not have.
I will list what I experienced from this store
1. OEM windshield wiper will always break down which make uncomfortable sound and service agent said we need to replace it every 3-4 months (Bosch third party windshield wiper was still working since 2017)
2. Replaced light bulb without telling customer and want to charge the fee
3. Auto rain sensing from Honda is not that precise, service agent suggested me to buy BMW instead. (The auto rain sensing on Honda civic has a known issue that the system need to do some collaboration test, but apparently service agent did not know that)
4. Recommend the auto service that I have to pay by myself which is not mandatory but also did not fix the issue I had on my car.
5. Suggested wheel alignment to fix the defected tie rod? I learned a lot more about the car from this lesson.

We ordered a brand new vehicle one and half months ago, and then they told me we can get the vehicle around July or Aug! Today, the salesman(Paul) called me about they want us to used BRAND NEW VEHICLE PRICE to buy another DISPLAY CAR which had already 200KM or they are going to order the vehicle for us today. So the delivery would be delayed one more month! Plus, he was not trying to help for solving the problem, just keep pushing us to agree all the change! We already told them at the beginning about we have to use the vehicle at the end of Aug! They don’t even let us know the delay until we ask them again.
