I brought my car in for an oil change and knew what my oil looked like before coming in. They were supposed to do a 35,000km service at the same time. When I got home, I checked my oil. It looked the same - slightly dirty. I went back and told them they must have forgotten to do it. The service guy brought me some clean oil on a paper towel and said this is what your oil looks like. As if I didn't check it like 5 times already. I knew exactly what my oil looked like and it definitely wasn't that clean. Then to beat all. I was filling up a week later and when asked if I want my oil checked I said "sure" The guy checks it and says "It's a little dirty. You should get it changed." Next oil change I had to take it back there because Canadian Tire said they use a special oil there that I need for my car. My husband took it in. They charged me for 6 litres instead of 5. He asked why it cost so much and they said "Oops, sorry." They gave him the extra quart that he paid for. Guess what? My oil is slightly cleaner, but still really dirty. I have no idea what they really did.

The service dept. are the most rude condescending service dept. I have ever met! 2 other v.w. Owner friends of mine have been treated the same, all of us will not go there! I will and have drove out of Provence , 465 km to Medicine Hat alberts to get servicing done to my passat. It is embarrassing how terrible you are treated in this dealership.
