I have Hyundai Elantra. I put my car for Air conditioning notice problem from blower motor but Hyundai regina took $175 from me for ac blower motor clean but still a/c blower noise comes and also they changed filter that was not necessary and still problem occurred
Scratched Hood of New Car - Dissapointed
Went in for an oil change tire rotation etc they said they complimentary washed my car when i looked at my hood it was all scratched from a wash brush i would assume and my car was no where near clean! Keep in mind my car had 12,000kms on it and was purchased in February so still very new and I baby it! Went back to the service department and showed her and she said oh my god ya ok ill call the guy at Lloyd Auto Body and we will get your hood power polished it will fix that cause they look like surface scratches. Ok so I had to be inconvenienced again to bring it back in the next day and left it with them as I had to go to Edmonton. When we got back the hood had chipped paint everywhere because the power polish had removed the paint, basically it looked like I was behind a gravel truck for an hour! The piece of crap service department woman just stood there saying well I dont know what all that damage is weve done everything to fix the problem for all I know you scratched your hood up, WHAT. Lying xxxxx was now denying they created the problem and made it worse but refused to make it right after all this, hope she gets some serious Karma! Long story short wont ever go back to the lloydminster dealership will go to edmonton or battleford. Anyone who has had a complimentary wash check your vehicles mines black so the scratches were very obvious other colors wont be as noticeable! Avoid this dealership at all cost they obviously dont know what truth and honesty are nor do they care!

I have had great service from this dealership up until today. I was very surprised since they have been good in the past. I purchased new wipers for my vehicle (which is only a year old) and they were very crappy. Only the passenger side has been good. So my first thought is, when purchasing a brand new vehicle, you would assume the wipers would be good quality. I learnt this the hard way, sucked it up and bought what I thought were better ones from the dealership. I have had issues since, only on the driver side. I was basically told today they will not replace because of our weather. Which means to me they are selling a low quality brand for a big price. Before buying my vehicle, i drove an old 95 tercel and maybe replaced my wipers twice at the most! I have never had this issue before and felt today that I was told I dont clean them properly. It was offensive and I have lost trust not only in Hyundia accessories or parts but also in the staff. Why was I encouraged to buy these wipers if they dont work? I was also told to come in on my lunch break and they would take a look. When getting there no one looked, I was just told a big fat no, I would have to pay. I tried explaining that the rubber itself is like bubbled in one spot and not straight, not that I had banged it too hard etc still no one took a look. Nothing mattered. I am stuck having to buy a new driver side wiper because it was defective from the get go. I will go to my trusty canadian tire store.
