Hi ruby, like my message states I originally booked an appointment but asked for the service manager to contact me regarding my 2011 Hyundai sonata with a blown engine. Waited for a day and still not contact so I left a voicemail with the service manager and no response, upon Monday i called again and spoke with a service advisor and said the manager was in a meeting and would call after the meeting ended, waited till 430 and called back to get the run around again. I called once more but asked to speak with Lois the assistant general manager. The person on the phone said she would leave my name and number for a contact the next morning. AND again no response, being worked at a dealer for nine years as a journeyman mechanic a call back should be an easy resolution. To this day I have not gotten any calls.for something as small as a call the is very disappointing experience. I reside in swift current and could have chosen a closed dealer but put faith in this dealer of a call is to much to handle id be very sceptical about having my vehicle worked on, very disappointing customer care
