Never will i deal with these lowlifes again.It hurts after the many years i entrusted them with my car that they started to finesse me. 50-100 part 5x more to put it in.When i asked a manager being a senior if he could give me a break i see they charged me 150 more.The lesson learned? I had 5 hondas and NEVER EVER had a 1- 3000 repair Folks save yourself some cash and avoid this dealership unless your name is Trudeau.

Business must be very Slow Stay away from this dealership. My first and last dealing with them. My Mechanic suggested to take the care for engine recalls before he changes the oil. So I book an appointment with the Hyundai that was close to him. I took my car for engine recalls and they returned it back to me with safety issues with seatbelt and airbags when I informed them that the car did not have any issues with airbags when I dropped it of at the dealership, they accused me of lying. They communicated that I need new spark plugs and fuel injection cleaning at the cost of $425 but they never told me anything about safety issues. They said they noted it in my car records but never told me about it. Now they want $1500 to fix the problem they have caused.

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year. When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount. I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service". Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing? Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!

Change In Ownership, Change In Attitude - W Clark

I recently took our Santa Fe in for a recall and was disappointed in the lack of help in the service booking area. Use to be two people, now one. Shortly after leaving our car for a replacement part/inspection, I receive a call that the car needs new rotors on the back because they are "rusty". Now every rotor rusts on the edges but that does not mean it needs replacing. That was intended to grab money while the car was in their hands. This dealership is hurting and senior sales people have left along with other staff that made this dealership work. I believe something really wrong is going on here and for that reason I am going to drive to London or Stratford for our next purchase/service.
