This place is an absolute rip off. DO NOT purchase from this dealer or take anything to be repaired here. They WILL gouge you at every corner, and treat you like garbage rather than a customer. Ignorant unqualified untrained individuals working here. Save the headache and go elsewhere. I would give Negative stars if possible.

Worst service I have ever received didn't want to listen to the problem I took the car in for told me what they wanted to do and how much they were going to charge me before they even new what I was there for ... Had an appointment my wife called the day before and added an oil change confirmed the appointment time when I got there they had no appointment booked lol ...Im driving to st john to Kia and do not recommend this shop at all for anything ...

Unexpected Upon And Beyond Great Service - Bonnie

Monday January 21, Moncton was coated with inches of ice. Where I live all cars must be moved from the parking lot by 11 am so snow removal can be done. I started my car remotely twice between 10am-11 am to try to melt the ice to enable me to get into my car. I could not get the doors open or car started again. After hours of failing I called Lounsbury's service center around 3 pm to ask for help. Within 10 minutes 2 gentlemen arrived they opened doors, started car, cleared ice and moved the car to make sure that the tires were not stuck in the ice. Within 10 minutes they were done and NO CHARGE!!! I was floored. I told them that I had no idea that they did that. I was told "anytime". WOW I have always talked about how pleased I am with the great service I receive from Lounsbury's Furniture and Lounsbury's Auto. The service is beyond anything that I have ever heard of. I will continue to spread the word about my great experiences with them.

very bad service - speedman

car was drop off for a menu service that as brake service. the service call me to say that the brake were very bad .I toll hime that i would replace them in near futer . my wife pick the car drove home and said car was going bad took it for a drive .and it was making noise and shacking . found a loose wheel and look at brake pad still 1/4 off inch left on pads and cliper where not service at all , not the first time for bad service at that dealer ,love the mazda i will look for another mazda center.
