This is the best service I have ever received from a car dealership (and I am 60 years old). We plugged a nespresso maker into the lighter socket in our Outback and blew a fuse. I drove up to the dealership (never having been there before). A service person greeted me in the parking lot, told me to drive straight into the service bay, replaced the fuse and sent me on my way (no payment required). Holy smokes!

Took over two weeks to repair my vehicle. Should have been a four day job. Had to rent a car during this time. Called a couple of times to find out what was happening and no return call from them. Very poor service. Would not recommend them.

Awesome work that Forman Collision customer service was incredible I was booked in next Thursday but they were able to squeeze me in and was very polite to me and was informed well before it was ready for pickup and cleaned my car perfectly I recommend. This place when you have moi claim

Not impressed (screw in tire), never told road hazard warranty was an extra charge when I bought the car and the extended warranty 2 months ago.
Text the salesman, no reply. All I got from service department and the finance person was sorry.
Apparently sorry covers the $51.00 I paid for the repair.
Teach your salesman and you finance people to inform people Every thing that is Not included when you buy a new car.
As for sanitizing the car I was never told if they even did it.
