Took over two weeks to repair my vehicle. Should have been a four day job. Had to rent a car during this time. Called a couple of times to find out what was happening and no return call from them. Very poor service. Would not recommend them.

Took in car for warranty - Disappointed
Was very disappointed in customer service and the attempt to fix problem. Car is under warranty yet stated that I may be charged, felt they were Insinuating they weren’t to interested in doing warranty work . Then when car came out of shop looked exactly like it did when it went in . Should have taken it to another Kia dealership with better customer service .

Frustrating to not be able to get a hold of the service department! Had to call back twice to find out why an expected two-three hour job was taking 7 hours. Ended up going down because of not receiving a call back. I don't think dealerships consider that people have to re-arrange their days with kids, rides and activities based on if they have a car or not. Please improve communication to make your service department run more smoothly.
