Chudds gets the AC working just in time - RobsRam
I worked with Dave Johnson for my repairs on my 2018 Ram. I mentioned I wasn’t impressed with previous service from a shop in the city who just fixed my brand new trucks ac a month after I bought it. I went to use it this year and again no cold air. Dave was able to accommodate my dropping the truck off after hours and he had the repairs done quick and easy. I picked it up and once again my baby is blowing nice cold air. Thanks a bunch for accommodating my repairs so quickly, it is much appreciated.

The service time is very poor even with a scheduled appointment for a tire swap on rims you’ll be sitting there for more than an hour and a half. Happens every year I decide to get it done here, plus very poor seats to be sitting in for so long.
Absolute sub standard repair work on my tailgate door,... - Cliff Terrio
Absolute sub standard repair work on my tailgate door, issues have been dragging since June of 2020. Additionally, they replaced the clear piece over the speedometer and the "experienced" hack who did that work, damaged my dash in several places, plus he damaged the upper glove box door. I've tried multiple times to resolve these issues, to no end. I am still trying. WHY???
No customer should have to go through this kind of crap. I've been treated like I am an annoyance or inconvenience to them. How dare I expect them to fix what they damaged. Never mind, have it actually fixed right the first time. Can you imagine? I sure must have some nerve...
At this point, I wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb. I'd rather just take this to another dealer, but according to FCA, I'd be on the hook to pay to repair Selkirk Dodge's handy work - what a load of BS. Multiple wasted trips and time to Selkirk. Maybe it's time to let my lawyer do the talking...
Excellent all round exoerience - Wayne Farmer
Took my 2012 Journey R/T for an extension of warranty inspection..Found five things that were under warranty and mentioned and okayed by me a four wheel alignment and oil change and filter for the inspection..Dale Friesen was the service advisor and Craig the shuttle driver..Got ride home and to return to dealership..Barry Olinkin finished the extension of warranty papers..All round very good experience..Only one fault, the coffee is not the best..Highly recommended
I can't believe how sheisty this place is... First, I had... - Pancacke
I can't believe how sheisty this place is... First, I had a flat tire, crap, I thought "I used to work at a Dodge dealership, I'll just tow it there".
They were nice enough to squeeze me in on a Saturday "awesome". They called and told me that it would be beneficial to replace both tires ($150 each plus labour) "I agree, wear would be awkward on just one tire".
- Billy, do me a favour and put the one non crap tire in my trunk so in case I need another spare. "Sure, no problem" were the exact words that he told me.
I pick up my car and no spare tire... xxx? I call Billy and he said that he didn't remember me saying to put it in the trunk. I got the manager involved (Deepika Mahajan) who told me that they will search through their trash and get back to me on Monday.
Monday rolls around and they couldn't find my tire, would a free oil change make you happy? MTF "I guess it has to".
I wish that the story ended there.
I schedule my free oil change and I asked if I could also get a free tire repair as now one of my other tires is leaking. Billy - "I'll talk to my manager".
I get there to drop off my car; Billy - "my manager (Deepika) said we can give you a discount on tire repair from $50 to $25.
What runs through my head: when I was at Dodge we had to charge $25 on a tire repair as it was a way to bring in business...
xxx BILLY!!! I said f***ing no.
If there was a way that I could give zero stars, I would. #Dodge #Steinbachdodge #servicesucks #reallycomeon #dealerships
Collision Center Review- first off the claims process was... - Ken
Collision Center Review- first off the claims process was easy as they could estimate the claim for MPI. Sort of steep downhill slide after that. Communication with customers is non-existent and I had to keep phoning for updates. When the work was done the first time I went to p/u our van. The windshield was not replaced under the wildlife claim. I was little disappointed as it had cracked horizontally when the deer hit. I probably should have run at this point but being a cheap Manitoban could not pass when manager said he would pay for half of deductible. After a couple of days I phoned as no one called, manager was test driving the van.
When he phoned back the dash instruments were not functioning properly and had to keep it over the weekend to look at this. He said this was “coincidental “ and I would need to pay for repairs. I argued that dash instruments were working before repairs and told him if there was work to be done I would take it elsewhere. Left hanging for information and got worked up over the weekend over this, had to call again Monday late afternoon when did not receive Any news. Manager was away that day but was told technicians did not fix yet. Manager called the next day and said low battery voltage caused problem and van was ready. Picked up van and noticed the cap on shifter knob was missing, found on the floor and it had the 3 plastic tabs broken off, manager offered to fix but I have Gorilla Glue and wanted the saga to end.I have been a customer of Waverly Dodge for years but will never return, manager made it seem I was a burden.
Manager needs to work on customer service skills. accusing customers of things already broken or asking for more money before looking into problems.
BendOver and hand your wallet - Viktor
Need i say more? There sales department here im pretty sure are from the mafia as they can hustle and hustle.
Now the service department is well HORRIBLE.Make sure you get estimate in writing and signed and hae a witness sign and who ever else because they will rip you a new one. They will charge you for stuff you dont need, they will do repairs with out consent and they wont repair stuff under warranty and ever say they did.

Took over two weeks to repair my vehicle. Should have been a four day job. Had to rent a car during this time. Called a couple of times to find out what was happening and no return call from them. Very poor service. Would not recommend them.
Have respect for yourself and go anywhere else! - Had enough!
This whole dealership is run so poorly from their mangers condescending attitudes and clear laziness and there service department who can be bothered to return a message. I called numerous times over the course of 3 days and finally get a hold of someone who she clearly doesn't know what the xxxx she is talking about to get transferred to people who cant pick up the phone. If you bother going down in person is a complete waste of time and best of all they make you feel like you're incompetent!
Thanks Waverley Chrysler I was more than happy to get my tires and winter package through you!
Would not recommend to everyone! Please read!!! - Customer X
Had a problem with dodge journey 2016. Bought the suv brandnew in Steinbach last Nov 2016. Not even 2 years the rear tires having irregular wear with 15000 mileage. Went to the Brandon Chrysler for inspection. They said need alignments and was telling us that an object cause the problem or something had hit while travelling. Really? Can't believe it. We tild them we didn't hit anything. Then, the wheels were aligned and we payed $133.00 to get it done. They won't also help in changing tires. We had to spent $761 to change all the tires in our own. They telling us its not the issue with the dodge. More than a week after, notice that the tires again getting irregular wears again with 22000 mileage the same problem, brought the car again, they said it was aligned and dont need alignment. They can't seem to find the problem. Very unresponsible staff and will not admit that the problem is the suspension. How can they do this to the customers. How can the tires will get irregular wear in just less than 2 weeks. Been googling and lots of dodge journey customers having a problem with suspension. I will not recommed dodge to anybody. They are just good on having sales but will not take responsibity when problem arise.
Worst dealership i ever had to deal with - pavzyuk
Worst dealership i had ever had to work with. Service department pads time and $$ on parts. I inquired if a problem would be covered by warranty and received Yes. I set an appointment and took time off work brought the the truck in, asked again if this was covered by warranty and was told yes agian. Just to go home and get a call in 30 min that it is not covered and i would have to pay. Probably hoping that i would agree to pay. A different dealership has taken care of the same problem for me for free. Talked to mangers and didnt no even hear attempt to apologize but some sorry excuses. This dealership is a highway robber praying on unsuspected. I would not go back even if this would be the last car dealer on Earth.
Awesome service - Army
Awesome service very kind all way keeps you updated tells a person what is to come in his way great great great place to go
We purchased a 24' Wilderness Camper from this... - stinger91
We purchased a 24' Wilderness Camper from this dealership in 2008. We have had numerous problems since then that required contacting the Service/Parts Dept. The assistance we received was deplorable and we would call it the non-existent service, once you have bought the item, you can expect no service at all. From the start, here is a brief description of our problems with this camper: handle missing for antenna, T.V., radio, remote, etc. never worked properly from the start, leaking and eventually replaced skylight over shower. All these items were not covered under warranty and we paid for them. On our first long trip we had numerous repetitive problems with the tires that we also had to eventually replace upon return at a substantial cost of $448.00. Any attempt to obtain information about the so-called "tire warranty" was a complete exercise in futility, both with the dealership and with the company in the U.S. which supposedly was the manufacturer of these tires. They had never heard of the tires or anything else connected with them being on the camper we purchased. We firmly believe that the dealership replaced whatever tires this camper came with originally, along with other parts and pieces, with cheap junk!! Our latest experience was this past week upon returning from a trip west. We came home with a broken spring - and have been trying to find a replacement. Went to a machine shop, phoned 2 parts stores here in town, as well as the dealership in Swan River. Received two negative responses and one parts store here thinks they have found the right one and ordered it for us. As for the dealership where we purchased the camper, we are still awaiting an answer from the Service/Parts Dept. from an Aug. 15 phone call. They seemed very confused as to what the part was for and why we were calling them!!!!!!! We definitely would not buy another thing from this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone.
