Since purchasing back in 2014 with Alan Asher, my vehicle has been nothing but great. Still feel happy about the choices made back then, as we were planning ahead to what type of ride we would require down the road. Alan was a top notch guy back then, will be happy to see him for his advice again for the next one. Over the years, I’ve always brought my vehicle back to the dealership for service. I trust the quality in care and attention as well as the costs. Les Fodor has seemingly always been the guy I see in service over the years and has always done right be me, appreciate his level of work he does. My second last visit, was for a recall regarding the catalytic converter, and I appreciated how the dealership handled their side of process. Mike Peddle had my car in and out for me on this visit, as I had mentioned to him the need to have my vehicle back asap in regards to important matters that arose, and Mike did what he could to get my vehicle back in my hands as quickly as possible. - Still very much appreciate the extra steps you did that day to get back to me so fast, thank you Mike. As for my most recent visit, my vehicle needed some tlc after driving Winnipeg’s giant pothole streets and it went to Carl Lundgren. After checking the vehicle out, I went ahead with Carl’s advice on what would get the vehicle in good shape for summer. Now it’s driving like the first week I got it again. Trusted his recommendations and happy to have done so, as it’s riding like new.

"CAN'T EVEN REINSTALL PANEL PROPERLY!!!"

I purchased my Dodge journey brand new 4 years ago from this dealership.I paid more for an extended warranty but last month the rear wiper malfunctioned and it needs to be replaced.I took it to them and the wiper was replace.When i got back home I opened the back and I saw 2 cracks on the vinyl panel and it had gaps on both sides like it was not reinstalled properly.I called CARL LUNDGREN the advisor about it and he told me that it would be an easy fix for they have been in businesss for decades and told me to come back when the weather is nicer.So last monday I took it to them and the next day I picked it up and i decided to have a quick look at the handiwork.The cracks were gone but the panel was still not flushed.it has an inch gap.Still the same! So I came back in and told CARL ,his response to me is this" I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT COZ IT'S JUST PLASTIC!" What?How STUPID is that!!I decided not to argue for they already had enough of my time wasted!Dodge did not build it that way!I believe in the Dodge brand.I worked very hard for my car,I love it and really take care of it.THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS VERY POOR AND IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!ZERO STARS! DONT EVER,EVER SET YOUR FOOT ON THIS DEALERSHIP!

"Misdiagnosed and Unrepaired Issues on a BRAND NEW Vehicle"

I’ve brought my brand new vehicle in for service repairs a few times now, and everytime I return to pick it up because “services are completed” the engine light turns on INSTANTLY. It would seem as though they are using the warranty of the vehicle to their benefit instead of insuring proper servicing and safety of a vehicle. They lack professionalism when providing the service, having someone expecting the return to a repaired vehicle only to find out the issue was unresolved. With my car, if the engine light is on the command start and 4x4 do NOT work, with it being winter and having unpredictable weather both were features that had sealed my deal with buying it. However, I have had unresolved issues with my car since November, leaving both features essentially useless.

"2011 Ran 1500 SLT"

I would not recommend anyone going to this service center! I bought a vehicle that has had front end problems starting at 20,000kms and the issues were never fixed or diagnosed properly. I have just been waisted my money and time on parts and labour that never fixed the issues. Now that the warranty and extended protection plan are up they have hung me out to dry with a huge amount of work needing to be done and no coverage (even though the issue was never been fixed). I have caught one of the service managers in lies and will never deal with them again, I will also be trading in the lemon they sold me for something reliable. For the record my truck only has 60,000kms currently and is in near mint condition, my wife uses it to drive to work and to the lake (thats It). It now needs $5000+ in suspension repairs, which I have been complaining about since 2014 (under full warranty)! Chrysler Canada has chosen to stick by this dealers miss diagnosis instead of my customer satisfaction, even though they have a horrible reputation and poor rating. I had to call Chrysler too, after 3 weeks of not responding to my concerns... Their response time is a direct reflection of the quality of service you will get at Waverly Chrysler! Very disappointed and frustrated 😡

Very bad customer service, money before all with these guys. This place is way to large to have a personal touch, people that work there know this and show it. The supervisor in collision I spoke with, seemed arrogant and very presumptuous. Not a people person, at all very fake. I will not be returning and will not be recommending this shop to anyone.

"A bad whistling sound-2015 Grand Caravan."

I’ve purchased a 2015 Grand Caravan in the spring of 2015! On my 1st highway trip, I experienced a bad whistling noise on the drivers side between the steering wheel column and the windshield. I made an appointment with the Waverley Chrysler dealership in which they were unable to detect the problem. I had informed them that the whistling noise occurs when it’s windy and the vehicle is going over 100 KM per hour. They indicated that they tighten all the bolts and if the whistling noise happens again to bring it back! I went on another highway trip to Fargo, ND. and the same whistling sound was present for all of the 3 hour trip. You can imagine how upsetting that was! Made another appointment for the dealership and was told the shop foreman would give it a test drive on the highway to hear what the whistling sounded like and where it’s coming from. Unfortunately it was not a windy day so there were no results! They informed me to bring back the van on a windy day, no appointment needed, and they will try again. I failed to mention also that the noise was recorded while the whistling noise was going on by my wife, however the dealership didn’t take any value with the recording! I did bring back the van several times in which it was not not possible to take out on the highway drive because they were to busy despite the open invitation indicated by sales advisor Les Fodor. I dealt with Mr. Fodor again making an appointment this time and the 1st thing he said was “You’re back for the whistling noise. You know all vehicles have some sort of whistling noises especially with crosswinds!” I indicated to Mr. Fodor that this shouldn’t happen to a brand new vehicle coming from your dealership! Anyway arrangement were set for another test drive with no results once again! Not windy enough! This occurred for over 2 years going back and forth with no results and the whistling still there! The last time we brought the van in, in the fall of 2017, we dealt with Jesse Goertzen/Service Advisor. He checked possible solutions to the whistling sound, checking the seals, the rubber around the glass. He found a big hole in the rubber and indicated it would be replaced. And even opened the hood to see if there was any other potential problems in which the other service advisors never did! My wife and I were pretty hopeful that the whistling sound may be fixed. After the service, my wife asked Mr. Goertzen if the whistling problem persist again, could your dealership “Grandfather” us, as our warranty will expire in the early spring! He indicated it shouldn’t be a problem! We took our 1st highway drive in May and hold and behold, the whistling sound once again very present! Called Mr.Goertzen about what we talked about in the fall. Left message on his voicemail! Waited a week, no response. Called again, left message on voicemail, no response after a week! I’m very tired of dealing with this dealership and I know I should call the manager on why my messages were not acknowledged, however it’s been 3 years with this whistling sound and nothing has been achieved! My vehicle is now off warranty and what could they do for me at this time! I’ve been patient with this dealership(3 years) of dealing with this whistling noise! If you google this problem with Grand caravans through “YouTube” you will see this very popular whistling sound with this van! And yet this dealership cannot fix it. I may have 1 solution to the problem! I will bring back my van to see for the final time if the could fix this whistling problem! If not achieved, I will leave the keys with this dealership and stop payment on this van! I have all the invoices on my visits with this whistling noise for the exception of the frequent non-appointments that weren’t documented! David Gobin (431)999-7079/(204)256-9664

"Over charged and mechanic misdiagnosed my issue"

Went to have my vehicle looked at for an issue with the power steering. After an hour of waiting the mechanic tells me its a "smart battery sensor" on the battery that was cracked causing my power steering to intermittently fail. After paying the $465 i take my truck and go home. Later that night i ran an errand and had the power steering fail again. Issue not resolved. So i got back the next morning and they tell me they can diagnose the issue unless its active and there is a code. So i leave drive the truck around a bit and sure enough power steering goes out again. So i man handle my truck back and the adviser tell me "wow you weren't kidding about the steering" they briefly looked at the truck said the rack needed to be replaced. Quoted me 3000 to replace it. So i called eastern dodge and quoted me 2000 to replace the rack. Eastern also found the wiring harness connector was damaged. Waverly didn't even mention that. Waverly wasted 2 day i could have been working And misdiagnosed my issue costing me 500 and then wanted to charge me 1000 more than other dealers for the same proper repair. Never take your vehicle here.
