I worked with Dave Johnson for my repairs on my 2018 Ram. I mentioned I wasn’t impressed with previous service from a shop in the city who just fixed my brand new trucks ac a month after I bought it. I went to use it this year and again no cold air. Dave was able to accommodate my dropping the truck off after hours and he had the repairs done quick and easy. I picked it up and once again my baby is blowing nice cold air. Thanks a bunch for accommodating my repairs so quickly, it is much appreciated.

I had the most amazing experience with Stephan today i drove onto the lot just to waist some time and drove away the the most beautiful jeep i have ever seen! After falling in love with the jeep Stephan helped me get the price and payment i needed to be able to purchase it.... it really was an amazing experience i was in and out in an hour. I would recommend everyone stop and and see stephan as well as quang and Elizabeth the 3 of them made today a day i wont forget..... best sales team i have ever meat

Took my 2012 Journey R/T for an extension of warranty inspection..Found five things that were under warranty and mentioned and okayed by me a four wheel alignment and oil change and filter for the inspection..Dale Friesen was the service advisor and Craig the shuttle driver..Got ride home and to return to dealership..Barry Olinkin finished the extension of warranty papers..All round very good experience..Only one fault, the coffee is not the best..Highly recommended

Zero stars given. I do not recommend this dealership. Very poor Costumer service. Poor management as well. My truck is under warranty and they won’t cover a part that needs to be replaced even though I spoke with the FCA and they told me it is covered under warranty. I spoke with the manager and they have no answer as to why it is not covered. I asked the manager why they didn’t catch that the part needed to be replaced when I went for an oil change a few weeks ago because I had to bring it to their attention. He told me I need to speak to his employee myself about it and he has no idea. They are giving me the run around and trying to screw me over. Not happy at all with this dealership and I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here !

would give 0 stars if I could! they didn’t fix all of the damage that my mpi claim approved, and then promised to order the parts that day and get it fixed asap (they even offered to let me keep the rental car until the part was in and damage repaired, which i declined as the vehicle was still safe to drive)then they called 2 weeks later saying they lost the pictures of the damaged parts, and asked me to send pics so they could order parts, then another week later said they aren’t going to be fixing/replacing the damaged parts which were already approved to be fixed/replaced almost 4 months prior!

Had a problem with dodge journey 2016. Bought the suv brandnew in Steinbach last Nov 2016. Not even 2 years the rear tires having irregular wear with 15000 mileage. Went to the Brandon Chrysler for inspection. They said need alignments and was telling us that an object cause the problem or something had hit while travelling. Really? Can't believe it. We tild them we didn't hit anything. Then, the wheels were aligned and we payed $133.00 to get it done. They won't also help in changing tires. We had to spent $761 to change all the tires in our own. They telling us its not the issue with the dodge. More than a week after, notice that the tires again getting irregular wears again with 22000 mileage the same problem,brought the car again, they said it was aligned and dont need alignment. They can't seem to find the problem. Very unresponsible staff and will not admit that the problem is the suspension. How can they do this to the customers. How can the tires will get irregular wear in just less than 2 weeks. Been googling and lots of dodge journey customers having a problem with suspension. I will not recommed dodge to anybody. They are just good on having sales but will not take responsibity when problem arise.

Worst dealership i had ever had to work with. Service department pads time and $$ on parts. I inquired if a problem would be covered by warranty and received Yes. I set an appointment and took time off work brought the the truck in, asked again if this was covered by warranty and was told yes agian. Just to go home and get a call in 30 min that it is not covered and i would have to pay. Probably hoping that i would agree to pay. A different dealership has taken care of the same problem for me for free. Talked to mangers and didnt no even hear attempt to apologize but some sorry excuses. This dealership is a highway robber praying on unsuspected. I would not go back even if this would be the last car dealer on Earth.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! - MeganJ81
I took my van into my mechanic when the check engine light came on. They looked at it, contacted this dealership and were told it was a warranty recall, so they put my van back together. I took it to Pembina Dodge the next day who then told me even though I had documentation of the code they couldn't confirm it was a warranty recall because they didn't see it themselves. But, they could keep my van for 2-3 weeks to do tests, then tell me if it was or wasn't warranty. If it wasn't, not only would I have to pay for the repair, I would also have to pay for all the testing AND lucky me I would get to pay for my own rental vehicle as well!! I told them not to do anything, I was going to get another opinion. Then their driver got lost coming to get me, was 45 minutes later than he should have been, which got me extra charges at my daycare. YAY! I then took it to the dealership in Steinbach. They confirmed it was a warranty recall within 1 hour, had it fixed in 3 days, also fixed an issue with my muffler at no charge and provided a rental vehicle at no charge. I fully believe that no matter what they had found they would have told me it was not warranty and would have made me pay through the nose. They are crooks. Do not EVER go to Pembina Chrysler, you will get ripped off, get the run around and the service manager is too chicken to call you back.

We purchased a 24' Wilderness Camper from this... - stinger91
We purchased a 24' Wilderness Camper from this dealership in 2008. We have had numerous problems since then that required contacting the Service/Parts Dept. The assistance we received was deplorable and we would call it the non-existent service, once you have bought the item, you can expect no service at all. From the start, here is a brief description of our problems with this camper: handle missing for antenna, T.V., radio, remote, etc. never worked properly from the start, leaking and eventually replaced skylight over shower. All these items were not covered under warranty and we paid for them. On our first long trip we had numerous repetitive problems with the tires that we also had to eventually replace upon return at a substantial cost of $448.00. Any attempt to obtain information about the so-called "tire warranty" was a complete exercise in futility, both with the dealership and with the company in the U.S. which supposedly was the manufacturer of these tires. They had never heard of the tires or anything else connected with them being on the camper we purchased. We firmly believe that the dealership replaced whatever tires this camper came with originally, along with other parts and pieces, with cheap junk!! Our latest experience was this past week upon returning from a trip west. We came home with a broken spring - and have been trying to find a replacement. Went to a machine shop, phoned 2 parts stores here in town, as well as the dealership in Swan River. Received two negative responses and one parts store here thinks they have found the right one and ordered it for us. As for the dealership where we purchased the camper, we are still awaiting an answer from the Service/Parts Dept. from an Aug. 15 phone call. They seemed very confused as to what the part was for and why we were calling them!!!!!!! We definitely would not buy another thing from this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone.
