I am motivated to write a five-star review of Go Dodge Don Mills for one reason: Assistant Sales Manager Artem Leibenko. Not only is he extremely genuine and professional, he is attentive to customer needs and even goes to the realm of the impossible to deliver customer wants. For the first vehicle I bought off Artem, he went to great lengths to have the vehicle ready for the date I established, even when he wasn’t scheduled to work that day. Naturally, I became a repeat customer, and once again, he made miraculous efforts to deliver the one particular vehicle I wanted in such short span of time. Making a deal with Artem has always been the most enjoyable process of owning a car for me. He listens actively; he is trustworthy; and the experience is always akin to sitting down with a long-time buddy to talk about cars. There is no pressure, no games, and final price is always as negotiated. Through Artem, it is possible for me to deal directly with Mark Clack and Linda Burton (Service Manager/s) for any issues that I may have. I have been afforded the utmost support in customer service at Go Dodge Don Mills. It’ll be a challenge to find a better car dealer, a better sales manager.
bad service - John
Took my Ram 1500 to this dealer for an oil change, had been going there for the past few oil changes. Was told that an OLF with tire rotation was about $160.00. I responded that Mopar had a special on for $89.95. After showing them the special on my phone they agreed to the price. When I told them I had a coupon from Mopar for $25 off a synthetic oil they basically refused it, and had a greatly inflated price for synthetic oil. In the end I agreed for them to use their standard oil. When I got the bill their standard oil is not Pennzoil or Mopar but something called Big Red Oil. This oil does not meet Chrysler Spec. MS-6395 which is recommended for Chrysler vehicles. The service manger lied to my face and told me this had been the standard oil for the past few years, I had never received it before.
I will never set foot in this dealer again and would suggest anyone that does do so with a great deal of caution.

My wife and I had a vandalism insurance claim and our insurance company referred us to Raceway Chrysler. Don Barnes is the manager. The entire driver's side was keyed and this dealership made sure it was repaired in 3 days! They did a really good job fixing the panels and paint. Looks like new again. After a couple of weeks I noticed that the moulding was not put back right around the wheel wells because a couple of clips were missing or broken. Without hesitation Manager Don Barnes agreed to fix it right away to factory standard on the spot! Thanks Don. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone. High standard for repairs and customer service and Don Barnes is a great manager. Keep it up buddy!

I bought a car with tony and since the begining he was rushing me. After the deal done he said the date I could pick the car, when the date came he said the car needed a repair but i already had paid for parking and insurance and I agreed to pick the car and do repair after. When I got the car Tony said the repair was done, but the manager had sent me an email a few hours before saing otherwise. I asked if Tony was sure about the repair and he said yes. Luckly the service person was there and I asked what they have done in the car, as I knew the repair was not done. Then I showed Tony the paper and asked why he lied to me, Tony grabbed my arm and started to yell at me. The worst experience I ever had in my life. DO NOT RECOMEND
