Leah Camacho-Beamer was our sales person at Unique Auto. My wife and I have found that Leah was very helpful, not pushy, and always accommodated our need to look over the vehicle and test drive and compare to other cars. She left us to spend time looking at the car without any pressure to make a quick decision. Leah is very intuitive and was able to answer most of our questions and help us find the right car for us. We did however have a few unresolved issues that I believe really stemmed from the dealership. 1) We believe that when we first saw the car the original car mats were in clear plastic covers and placed under the replacement Weather Tech mats. When we picked up the car and came home we found they were no longer there. We have no proof and no one at the dealership is providing any explanation as to what happened to whatever was in the clear plastic. 2) When we picked up the car we then got the second key fob. When we got home we found out it did not work and that a brand new battery did not fix it. The fob needed to be replaced and we are now left to pursuing this on our own. 3) We purchased, and Unique Auto applied their Mastershield rust inhibitor protection, however when we picked up the car, they would not provide the terms and conditions of the warranty. I had to continue to follow up with them and had to also call FCA twice and other chrysler dealers and eventually FCA agreed that they would mail it to me and get this over with.
I don't believe any of these 3 issued are due to Leah. I do think that this is still a decent dealership but I am however disappointed at the dealership's handling of this situation and lack of ownership of the problems.

Brought our van in with a few major issues Ashley at the service desk was excellent. She was helpful and over the course of 2 days while our van was being repaired she kept us updated, organized a rental vehicle for the warranty work being done and was transparent about costs. No work was done without our approval. This was overall an exceptional experience and one that completely renewed our faith in Chrysler. We live in Burlington and we were looking for an alternative to Unique Chrysler in Burlington where we were cheated and treated with complete disrespect (a review for Unique Chrysler was left on this site). I was searching to replace my 10 year old Nissan Versa, and Wes G. made the process super easy! With some issues arise, and having to deal with a dealer trade, Wes G. and Enza both made it possible for me to not only the get into a new vehicle that would keep my daughter and myself safe, but also a vehicle that I actually wanted - and wasn't just settling for.
I drove here from Elora, and would 100% come back (and intend to when I am looking to replace my compass.)
All in all, the customer service and the commitment to detail is amazing, and you feel like you are a part of the process - and not just a number.

My experience started off ok but promises were made that were not kept. First I was told I would get a free trial of satellite radio...didn't happen but ok whatever then I was told that I would be provided the second key to my vehicle which has not happened and I have had the vehicle almost a month now and to top it off when I call them they will no longer return my calls. I even delayed doing this review to give them a chance to make things right. Beyond that the vehicle had some defective equipment yet somehow it was able to pass safety. Thus overall initially my experience began positively but now I would say be careful and mindful of the lies you might be told to keep you interested.

My elderly parents took my Jeep in for an oil change on my behalf and were conned into $360 plus tax worth of unnecessary work (I was a mechanic and know what service needs to be done).
When I called the dealership the manager who had only been there for two weeks said “it didn’t need to be done” and when I said I wanted a refund his response was “too bad they authorized the charges”.
To make matters worse when I inspected my vehicle the work I was charged for wasn’t even done.

The mecanics are ok but the front service desk are not friendly and the service manger is a poor excuse for a manager. If you try leaving him a message most time his box is full. What does this tell you? The service manager belittles you like you don't know what your talking about. My vehicle had a rattling sound. He said they fixed it twice and everytime I picked up my vehicle I still heard the noise. The service manager even questioned if I was really hearing something or not just looking for a noise. His final suggestion for me was to get another opinion. In other words go somewhere else.
I called the dealership manager three times before he called me back but by that time I already called Chrsyler head office as I was done waiting. I even called the owner of the dealership to explain my situation and he never returned my call.
Well I finally got a second opinion at another dealership and they discovered a strut needed to be replaced and both shocks in the back plus sway bar. Now the sound is gone. So I guess I was not hearing things afterall. Oakville Chrysler is a joke and there are other dealerships who care. These guys don't. Trust me it's been a frustrating ordeal and I'm giving my honest opinion. Buyer beware!!!
Extremely Poor "Once they get the deal" Don't Go There! - Bruce P
I purchased a brand new 2017 Ram 1500 pick-up truck in July 2017. I was not aware of this site until just now. I made a deal with the salesman near the beginning of the week back of that July and was scheduled to pick up the truck at 5pm on Friday of that same week. I was notified a few days prior to pick up, that I would require some bank docs as well as proof of insurance etc. I showed up and was asked to sit in the lounge and wait, that he was busy with another customer. Upon being dealt with I was asked where my spouse was? I was not advised or anything that she was to come. I called my spouse and she drove an hour and a quarter to meet, so now they sat me back in the lounge again and had me wait. Upon signing all the paperwork requested the salesman reluctantly but quickly reviewed the vehicle with me, as the dealer was now closed. Upon the vehicle review, damage in the way of a 3-4" scuff/rub mark was discovered on the cab headliner. I was advised by the salesman to just trim off the scuff with a razor blade or something. I exclaimed that "I will do no such thing". that I wanted it noted down as well as the fact that the vehicle was not properly cleaned, washed and prepared. After speaking with the service manager the following week in person, who was away on holiday, I returned three additional times to have the truck re-cleaned and washed. Finally things were acceptable. Even the service manager was disgraced at what had been done. When it came time to replace the new roof liner after about 8-10 wks for parts to arrive, my vehicle again was not cleaned up, tools were left inside, sunroof was left disconnected with greasy hand prints on the new light beige interior posts. NOT IMPRESSED!! The service manager apologized and said he would clean it up another day but I chose to go somewhere else and deal with it my self. I just wanted to break away from this place. Every time I went there, the front end management team including the General Manager would be right outside the side parking lot doors smoking laughing and story telling. This gives a very poor image of the business in my opinion, 3-5 employees outside hanging out and smoking. I asked many times to speak with the General Manager but was told; he was either not in, not available or in a meeting. I simply gave up. I work with three other Ram truck owners who all purchased their vehicles in different places, so I asked them where they service their truck and tried it out. I work less then 10 buildings away from this dealership and it is not a word of a lie "I would not send my worst enemy there!" I have never met people who put on such a big front show and have such a lack of professionalism. The only saving grace was Daniel Huntington, the Service Manager, unfortunately things had digressed too far to continue dealing there solely based on his efforts. I even tried to salvage things by meeting with the business manager who helped with my deal, after he finished having his smoking time with the guys. All I got was just excuses and "He doesn't work here anymore" . Sorry!!!

I purchased back 3 years ago when it was Parkway Chrysler and have now been informed my warranty is not what it was supposed to be. Needless to say I was informed I would have to contact the previous owners of this location.
I have a warranty that I was scammed on by the previous owners and I am getting no help from this location or Chrysler themselves.
BEWARE of what's actually written in your paperwork, don't just sign hoping they did it like they tell you. This mistake cost me $5000. Don't make the same mistake I did.
