On Friday afternoon I went to the parts department, I needed a few small
parts for my van and a can of spray paint
machining to the colour of my van
I receive terrible customer service
The person behind the parts counter
was rude and unkind
First I was told that this is closing time he’s going home now and he is doing me a favour
that he helping me with even though it was a few minutes before closing time then
he told me that he has to order these parts
and instead of the can of spray paint, he offered me a touch-up stick
I replied that I need. spray paint not the touch-up stick and I'm not going to wait
for an ordered part as I need it now so I'm going to a different dealership to check if they have it in stock.
In response, I heard. that how dare I waste his time and I'm not paying this.
I will never go there again and I will not recommend to anyone even though I bought my car there a few years prior.

I did get a good rate but customer service is not good. After bill of sale, the sales person will not answer the call next day. I needed to get some info from him and all day no call back. Good deal but bad experience. They will be all over you until they sell you a car and afterwords, no answers and not even to call you and follow up if everything was okay

We drove from London Ontario to Glenleven in Oakville Ontario to purchase a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara.
We were pleasantly greeted by the sales manager Dan Hylton... extremely cheerful and outgoing as we entered the dealership. Dan stated "if there is anything I can do help you purchase your vehicle let me know"
We then met our sales person Jeremy Moon whom was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Jeremy went out of his way to accommodate from start to finish. Last but not least RON the vehicle detail GURU !! We picked up our new vehicle a week later. When we arrived our vehicle was detailed beyond belief!!! We could literally not believe our eyes on how clean and polished our vehicle was!!! Thank you to Jeremy, Dan, Ron and Stephanie for the customer care and service. I highly, highly, highly recommend Glenleven Chrysler for you next Jeep purchase regardless of where you live. They have a wide variety of both used and new Jeeps. Thanks again,

Purchased a 2020 Ram 1500, dealt with salesman,sales manager,managers brought forward my concerns , all I got were denials and stonewalling.
Charged fees like etching,freight,admin fee,nitrogen,air tax, even the omvic fee on top of their all in Omvic mandated pricing policy.
Hid from me the fact that there was a $2500 loyalty bonus, then used bonus to rationalize the illegal charges. Offered me $29000 on trade actually gave me $25,663
Calls,voicemails were not returned ,worst service immaginable.
Wouldnt tell me what sound system was in it,said they couldn't find out, salesman admitted 30 minutes before delivery that the system wasn't the one I wanted. Even kept my hitch!
I would advise everyone to stay away from Brampton Chrysler if you value your sanity.

Do not trust Manthan or Faizan. Even with all agreed upon stipulations written in the contract. I needed to president of Go Auto Jason Smith to step in for the dealership. I’m not sure why they are so unethical but that is unfortunately how they choose to operate their business.

Extremely disappointed. Don't feel appreciated. Have well known warranty issue and am getting the run around. I have a Jeep Compass 2.4L engine that is burning oil. I have been dealing with the service department for over 40,000 kms. and they have yet to commit to a fix of the problem. I have visited multiple times to have their Mickey Mouse oil consumption test. Pull the dipstick and say "well it looks like a litre low" real scientific! I have paid for extended warranty. I have serviced my vehicle more than recommended by the manufacturer. Why as a customer must I continue to be unsupported by Chrysler. By the dealership. By the so called service manager and the lowly service advisor. I have had many conversations with Chrysler customer satisfaction and have left anything but satisfied.
I will never buy another Chrysler product. I will spend the rest of my days advising anyone who will listen not to as well. The way I have been treated is border line criminal!
