We have a jeep Chrysler dealership near montroyal which is closer to our home but never liked their sales department over there... we are so glad we were able to find and purchase from this location and we are still using their services. Rrally recommand.

I had a really bad problem with my 2011 Jeep compass not only were they not helpful but the manager of service Jerry what is horribly rude and said to me we don't need your business we have enough and the owner Benny was not helpful at all all he said was buy a new Jeep my response was never in my life I find them to be rude they took one of my tires and stole it and replaced it with a dumpy Tire my Jeep vost me $1,390 to get it fixed somewhere else I have had nothing but a bad experience I hope if anybody does decide to buy a jeep that they don't buy it at sources Jeep go anywhere else where people are at least kind and courteous if I could rate 0 I would and even when there service manager cused at me on the phone and said we don't give a s... Nothing was done by the owners Benny and I emailed Benny the photos and the phone call with no apology such poor service and management

Super expensive service.
Charged me more for parts that I found cheaper at official Mopar website.

Encore une mauvaise expérience chez Duclos chrysler Longueuil, j’ai demandé de l’information pour acheter une auto usagée et une aperçus pour le prix de mon auto en échange. Le vendeur me mentionne qu’il me rappelle demain à 11h00 maximum et le véhicule serait disponible. il m’appelle Pour me vers 15h00 pour me dire que l’auto n’esT plus disponible vendu à une autre personne. La dernière fois que j’ai été changer mon huile sur mon ram il ont bossé mon capot et briser le miroir chauffeur. Je ne vous réfère pas ce dealer

Salesman told me that the equipment package group he marked on the sales orde was the exact same equipment that I had in the Town & Country I was trading in. When new van
was delivered to me it did not have the same equipment package as the van I traded in. It had less equipment. Salesman told that thiere was nothing he could do. This is what comes with the van you bought. Read all the negative reviews about this dealership.

Ils m'ont cédulé (et confirmé) un rendez-vous pour un essai routier d'un véhicule qui n'était même pas disponible. J'ai fait plus de 100km aller-retour de chez moi pour ce rendez-vous.
En plus, le directeur des ventes n'appuit même pas ses vendeurs, il n'a même pas osé me rappeler pour tenter de ratraper leur bévue.
Très mauvaise expérience avant-vente, Imaginez une fois qu'ils ont votre argent...
Tant pis, j'ai acheté ailleur

I bought my Jeep SRT from this dealership with an extended warranty. I was lied to about what would and wouldn't be covered on this extended warranty. In the end Quebec, Consumer Protection stepped in and helped me get my warranty money back but the whole experience left me with a bad impression.
I took it in for an on warranty repair I waited over 5 hours just to be told they don't have the part and was charged over $200 (no notice that there would be a cost), when I refused they said I won't get my keys back until I pay in full!
It escalated when they sabotaged my Jeep SRT after taking it in for servicing. I will never go back to Chrysler Laval.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Don't buy a car or service a car at this dealership. They've even disabled their google review because their that bad.

.Go to an other place, you will have an honest price and no surprises.
A lot of lies about the price so I don't trust them anymore.
