The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

I can’t tell how happy I am with the service provided by this dealership. My vehicle needed to go into the shop suddenly and with a phone call everything was taken care of. They provided me with an emergency loaner until I could secure a rental, which took a a couple of days. When I got my vehicle back it was nicely washed as it was quite dirty on the outside when it went in. I’ve dealt with a number of dealerships in my day, and not just Ford’s either, and Kelowna Ford Lincoln tops the list. In a nutshell, very friendly staff, that know their jobs and how to take care of their customers.

Worst dealership in town! They do not stand behind their work and will give you the cold shoulder if you have any issues.
Albeit, the work done to my vehicle was a recall few years back however I have just learnt that Suburban did not complete the repair correctly, and now I am on the hook for 1000k repair. Even though there Is clear evidence that this repair was incomplete and done wrong, the dealership will not take responsibility.
After speaking with the dealership manager, Ian Jones, I am convinced he is the reason for such poor customer service in the entire location. He was very rude, condescending, unprofessional, and did not care about his work and the safety of his customers. I will never recommend suburban motors to anyone. Very poor customer service.
