Warning for their over charge service! Got an issue with my Pontiac Vibe to start me car. Have them checked. $180 for diagnostic and $520 for starter replacement (all amount I mentioned here are with tax included). It was interesting that at the first place I was told that the cost would be $650 on the phone, but I tell them I am not going to fix it for the moment and want the car back. They then show me the estimation on paper is $520. Not sure if that is a mistake or purposely giving the quote at first place hoping people will simply accept it after the call.
End up I have Canadian tire to do the starter replacement for $330. Was told by Canadian staff that, the diagnostic of such a problem will probably charge less than $90. Their charge almost double to other. If you can find a trustable small shop for repair, you may even save more money. What a rid off!

Lisa towes- one of the most rude customer service workers I have ever experienced. Being a young women, I often find mechanics try to pull the wool over your eyes and thats what happened to me at the victoria Chevy. I got an oil change from the dealership and my car kept leaking oil for a few weeks after so I returned to discover the problem. Linda acknowledged that my filter cap was not put on properly during the previous oil change done at this shop. However, she then charged me with the full oil change price plus an extra 10$ or so dollars for more shop time to clean up my car. I tried to discuss this with Linda but was returned with rude remarks and I ended up having to pay the full price. After emailing Chevy and calling them about this situation and how to rectify it- noone has replied. So here I am writing this review to warn other customers to not go to Chevy and try to avoid Linda towes at all costs!

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

Very unhappy with this dealership. I have an intermittent problem with my vehicle so as per staff I was able to record the problem with a video and sent it in to them. They called me and left a voicemail to say bring it in and they will replace the touchscreen under warranty at no cost to me. So I dropped it off and waited. Then they came out to say unfortunately we can't fix it, you need a new screen at well over a grand. And I ha to pay for the diagnosis as well as fuel for out of town drive. I still have this recorded voicemail telling me it will be free....now dealing with sales manager Mark and it's so far taken him about 2 weeks to get a simple small cheque to me, he's obviously blowing me off and does not care so I will do everything I can to be sure no one I know will visit this dealership.

Very poor Service department. Unprofessional, and rude. If buying parts get a quote and go elsewhere. I would not scheduled an appointment with this dealership to get any type of work done.
