I bought a 2020 Silverado 1500 3.0 Diesel from Carter. Oil change i had to tell them the type of oil to put in otherwise they would have put the wrong oil in. I had a grease leak in the boot of one of my CV Axles. I toook a pic in out of courtesy to them. They booked my in and then called me back 5 minutes later. Told me they looked at the pic and it is not covered. They relied on my pic alone and didn't even bother physically looking at the problem. I would agree with their diagonsitcs if they physically looked before saying no. Absolutely terrible unprofessional service.

Tragic service department. The service advisors are incompetent at best. Switched to Jenner Chevrolet where their dealership is first rate. Only went to Wheaton because they are the only ones to service the vehicle when under warranty. Will not be returning to Wheaton in the future.

Very unhappy with this dealership. I have an intermittent problem with my vehicle so as per staff I was able to record the problem with a video and sent it in to them. They called me and left a voicemail to say bring it in and they will replace the touchscreen under warranty at no cost to me. So I dropped it off and waited. Then they came out to say unfortunately we can't fix it, you need a new screen at well over a grand. And I ha to pay for the diagnosis as well as fuel for out of town drive. I still have this recorded voicemail telling me it will be free....now dealing with sales manager Mark and it's so far taken him about 2 weeks to get a simple small cheque to me, he's obviously blowing me off and does not care so I will do everything I can to be sure no one I know will visit this dealership.

The JP Scion’s Service Department is awesome!! I took my Subaru BRZ (mechanically identical to the Scion FR-S) in for an oil change today. The service techs notice rodent droppings in the engine bay (I park outside, no choice), and clean the entire engine bay for me free of charge. I was very happily surprise when I got home, popped the hood, and noticed how sparking clean the engine bay is. I did not expect them to do that. That is service way above and beyond my expectations. The prices are also very reasonable, much, much less than what Don Docksteader Subaru charged me for the same oil change. I also appreciate the free ride Downtown. Thanks JP Scion, you’ve earned yourself a repeat customer.

Very poor Service department. Unprofessional, and rude. If buying parts get a quote and go elsewhere. I would not scheduled an appointment with this dealership to get any type of work done.
