We arrived on the lot and were left alone for about 10 to 15 mins. to look at the car. We went inside with sales person who offer us coffee or hot chocolate , and set down to make a deal on our new car. Every thing went extremely well, met with the sales manager who was just great as well. If you want a good deal on any car go to Murrays and get treated. like you should be greeted John Fuller More

I left a message that my engine light was on in December. No return call. I took it to a mechanic who performed diagnostic tests aa I was about to head out on a trip and once he looked at it he said to have No return call. My appointment was for 930 am and at 3 they called to tell me to come and pick up my vehicle because they would not have time to look at it. When I asked why they said they were too busy. I said but I made an appointment for today. They did not even apologize or offer another appointment, not even when I went to get my keys. I've been in the service industry most of my life and find this non service deplorable. I have gone to this dealer for a while but no longer. More

DO NOT GO TO MURRAY GM SERVICE DEPT! I would NEVER RECCOMMEND using their service department! If I could select zero stars I would. As a widowed mom, I pay more and bring my truck to the dealer for work to make sure it is done properly. They are denying fault in this situation which is an absolute 100% lie and is now costing me. Learned the hard lesson that Certified Pre Owned does not mean you will get a car that doesn't have a slipping transmission or even that the heat in the automobile will work. Beware. Took car in on Saturday May 14/2022 because engine light was on ,received phone call at around 11:00 am was told it was a battery voltage issue, they didn't have the part it was going to be delivered today was on ,received phone call at around 11:00 am was told it was a battery voltage issue, they didn't have the part it was going to be delivered today ( May 17/2022) just received phone call and NO part delivered said hopefully tomorrow. Wondering how I am supposed to get to work considering they don't even have courtesy cars available. My car is a 3018 with less then 11,500 km. I have purchased two brand new vehicles from GM and had them serviced here. They are absolutely brutal. I think it's actually GM the entire company. Not a very honest and transparent sales team.. I was offered a fair price for my truck on a Friday and come Monday when I tried to structure a deal same manager Cam tried to offer $5000 less.
