I Purchased a new truck in Oct 2021 added a few extras to the truck. My truck had to go to the chevrolet dealership in port alberni for some of the work. The manager Brett Brenneman offered to deliver my truck to Victoria when completed. When I received my truck a few weeks later it arrived with fine scratches all over the body of the truck as well on the windshield of the vehicle. The steering was finger tight. I contacted the manager and he agree to fix the damages. long story short the dealership never repaired the damages to the truck. I paid another ford dealership where I live to fix the steering wheel. I also forwarded my emails I had with Brett to the owner Will Pulford and he never responded to my emails. The Port Alberni Ford and Chevrolet dealerships are very corrupt and dishonest. They will gladly take your money. We all know how expensive vehicles are so I highly recommend shop else where for a new vehicle.
