No courtesy, unreliable , dealership on pre owned cars, if you are thinking you get a peace of mind if you buy a car from this dealership you are wrong, i bought my 2010 Lexus rx 450h from valentine Volvo , i had problems since i took delivery of this car, there was a problem with alignment and tire leak, after long verbal fight with the sales manager agreed to rectify the problem and took it to the service shop, they said its all fixed now and my wife took the car out and as soon as she started driving she figured it wasn't fixed as the car was pulling towards one side, i called the service back and they said they can take the car back and check, but i hesitated since this was the second time me taking it to them for the same issue, and of course, it wasn't easy to deal with sales manager there , as he think that as he gave me a good price on the car and he is not liable for the bad mechanical condition of the car, i still continued have the issue with the car, finally i took it to my local mechanic and he said the problem is driver side shocks are leaking and the spring is broken pics attached, and its going to cost me roughly 1500 dollars, beware
Picking my pocket - Disgruntled
How come every time I bring my vehicle in for service and EVERY time they find something that needs to be fixed? I took it elsewhere for another opinion and the mechanic there showed me that what was ‘leaking’ was minor, and a very common occurrence. It was not necessary to fix it at this point and he told me when it would be necessary to fix it. His quote was 1/2 of what Volvo was charging.
This mechanic also went through the vehicle and the first thing he said was what excellent condition it was in. Not a single leak.
