Really disappointed and upset with this dealership. I have been trying to get in contact with Kathleen (Finance) regarding our contract. I left her voicemail twice and advised the receptionist to let her know to call me back. I even visited to find out that she was not in at work that day. It has been 2 weeks and not a word.
The problem is that we were offered lifetime oil changes as part of our finance but she never explained that certain "packages" are to be purchased for it to be valid. These packages are very expensive and we were told to pay the difference. (refer to other reviews as they face similar scams)
We DO NOT recommend this place as they will try to pressure and up sell packages. We will definitely share our experience and steer people away from this STEALERSHIP! Go to Southside instead.

Needed a warranty recall on my vehicle. Platnuim did not do the work. BOW did the repairs for me. They were quick, they were polite. Ross is a fun shuttle driver. JJ fixed my truck, service advisor and manager seemed like nice folks. Worst thing that I have found so far is the auto-circle access.

I have been going to Platinum Mitsubishi for my service work for the last 2 years. Ive always been happy with the work done there except this last time. i went in to have my TPMS sensors reset on my 2014 rvr. I was told that the sensors could not be reset as they were after market sensors. If i wanted the light to go off in my car or have this feature workinf again they told me i would need to buy all new sensors for $700 that were Mitsubishi brand. I just went to Cranbrook Mitsubishi for a seperate issue and asked them to look at this as well because i didnt believe what Platinum Mitsubishi had previously told me. Cranbrook Mitsubishi reset the sensor and told me it was no problem to reset. they did this in under an hour for $62 dollara. needless to say Platinum Mitsubishi i will never come back to you for service on my vehicle. I highly recommend finding a dealership to service your car that actually cares about you and not just making money where they can on people who dont look like they would know cars. Way to go Cranbrook Mitsubishi you just got yourself a new customer!
Definition of greasy car dealership - First Time Buyer
Was told I could get a deal without all the bells and whistles (no undercoat etc.) but when I signed the contract they had added all the extras and because I didn't read the fine print, I am now paying an extra 40 dollars a month on a very tight budget. Add in I was told my first oil change would come with an inspection at no cost. However upon arrival I get informed "policy has changed" though I received no update. So I ended up paying 60 dollars just to get an inspection done on a brand new car. They nickle and dime you to death and are CONSTANTLY shady. Love the car I have but I will never be using their dealership again.

I bought a brand new vehicle a year ago from Red Deer Mitsubishi. After my third service THEY did not tighten the oil drain plug which caused my motor to blow up and I broke down on the side of the highway. Red deer Mitsubishi were very rude and purposely didn’t communicate and did not call me back. They did not acknowledge their mistake and not only did the management leave me waiting for hours but I was left with a 9 thousand dollar bill. Very disappointed with the service and treatment. -100/10 would never ever recommend them to anyone.

I’ve brought my 2018 RVR in on time for each service as per the recommended maintenance schedule. They neglected to rotate my tires at 24k, again at 32k, again at 40k, and at the 48k service I requested of the receptionist an explanation of how the excessive wear caused by their negligence would be handled by their (best in the business) warranty? They rotated the tires finally but my request was ignored.
I asked upon receiving the car again for the same explanation, this time of the mechanic, that too was ignored.
I filled out the customer satisfaction survey and was contacted regarding my dissatisfaction by a manager named Dan. My email to him outlining my experience was once again ignored.
I wrote a second time to confirm if he had possibly overlooked my email or if he had chosen to ignore as did the others...
You got it, ignored.
My recommendation when looking for a new vehicle is to ignor this dealership.

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Don't look for another shop-this is the one if you want a great experience! Call them, you won't be disappointed! They do top notch work from estimating to repair -this team knows the industry and the level of expectation for their work. You won't find better satisfaction around town.
