I have been into this dealership many times to purchase vehicles as well as service work. My first vehicle purchased from them was a 1995 Mustang GT in 2008 and my most recent was a 2017 Mustang GT. I have had service work done on my Ford vehicles as well as my Dodge vehicles and am always extremely happy with the work and customer service I receive. It is nice to go in for an oil change and not have pushy sales people trying to sell you other services and different oil and stuff.

I've been in here multiple times, First time was to get the code for the door on my truck and they said they needed to take it for an hour and charge me $100. Google told me to go to a spot on my truck that took 4 mins to get the code for free. 2nd time was getting a car for my sister...... Man I never been so stressed, Clueless salesman's, Not friendly at all, and when it came to getting the car they didn't want to fix the roof cover that was hanging down, said it was going to cost $2200 to fix it. Ended up getting it fixed and buying the CRV but man I never been so freaking mad leaving a Dealership. 3rd time was getting the warranty work done on my Truck. I purchased it through Scott Subaru and I am thankful i did. Got the Extended warranty with it and when the term was at the end i got them to inspect it and send it in for work. Well they brought it here to have the Turbos looked at. All they did was water pump and a solenoid, ok... what about the oil in the turbo? They sent it back to Subaru not touching the Turbos... it was Subaru that checked it over multiple times and had them check multiple things otherwise MGM wouldn't have gave to cents about the well being of my truck. Ended up getting a lot of work done rather then the 1/3rd they initially fixed. Thanks for caring.

This dealer wont help you if you have problem to the in the financing agency “tricor”, they dont even give u xxxx help shame on you guys! Ill never never recommend this dealership again! Im planning before to upgrade my vehicle with the truck but this kind of costumer service is very low! They dont even try to investigate first before they repo my vehicle, 2 years remaining paying my vehicle and then u took it even we dont recieved any noticed comes from them and dont have any vehicle to used go work and my wife as my daughter to go to school! You dont have heart guys! Shame on you!!!

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.
