Very disappointed in Universal Ford. They put old tires on my suv when I bought it and brushed me off when I asked about it. I bought the suv anyways. When I needed a tire patch, I was told the tire was too worn and I needed to replace all four. I hadn’t had the car a year yet! I only put 13,000 and they needed to be replaced. The tires only had 52,000 kilometres. They offered me a small discount. They even admitted the tires should have lasted longer but still did nothing to resolve anything. I feel they want you to buy a car but after that they could care less.. I would save your money and buy some where else.

Really bad stealership , will make all sorts of promises & re-neg on all of them. Will hound you mercilessly on your phone with sales & service calls , & if you block that number they just use another line.
Booked an oil change for 9 am , at 5 pm they call & want to keep the truck overnight , FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE ???

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

I have been into this dealership many times to purchase vehicles as well as service work. My first vehicle purchased from them was a 1995 Mustang GT in 2008 and my most recent was a 2017 Mustang GT. I have had service work done on my Ford vehicles as well as my Dodge vehicles and am always extremely happy with the work and customer service I receive. It is nice to go in for an oil change and not have pushy sales people trying to sell you other services and different oil and stuff.

I've been in here multiple times, First time was to get the code for the door on my truck and they said they needed to take it for an hour and charge me $100. Google told me to go to a spot on my truck that took 4 mins to get the code for free. 2nd time was getting a car for my sister...... Man I never been so stressed, Clueless salesman's, Not friendly at all, and when it came to getting the car they didn't want to fix the roof cover that was hanging down, said it was going to cost $2200 to fix it. Ended up getting it fixed and buying the CRV but man I never been so freaking mad leaving a Dealership. 3rd time was getting the warranty work done on my Truck. I purchased it through Scott Subaru and I am thankful i did. Got the Extended warranty with it and when the term was at the end i got them to inspect it and send it in for work. Well they brought it here to have the Turbos looked at. All they did was water pump and a solenoid, ok... what about the oil in the turbo? They sent it back to Subaru not touching the Turbos... it was Subaru that checked it over multiple times and had them check multiple things otherwise MGM wouldn't have gave to cents about the well being of my truck. Ended up getting a lot of work done rather then the 1/3rd they initially fixed. Thanks for caring.
