Awful experience with jaguar Calgary.
Bought a 2019 Jaguar Fpace and i was shocked when finally my bank updated the loan amount in website. There was a $3000 CAD extra on what we initially decided the cost of the car is. When i checked the cost break down again i can see they have added $3000 cad Separately for GAP insurance and extended warranty. But while purchase it was communicated that my gap and extended warranty together will be $3000 cad. Trying to reach the finance person through email and phone but response . The front desk person is telling she's busy every time when i called. The same person was available or used to give me a call back within 30 minutes when i was about to get my car. Finally went to the showroom in person and met the finance manager and he promised to share the information with the finance person and make sure she gives me a call back today at 10am. Still no response and now when i called the manager today even he's not reachable.
Things i learned :
* Never trust their verbal promises and sign papers without reading and clarifying it completely.
*Things in paper should exact. They might come up with nonsenses but dont sign the copy until its clear.
*Expect good customer service till you get the car delivered. They gonna treat you bad when you come back with questions and issues. not even basic professionalism to give a reply on someone's email.
