had my truck taken in 2 months ago, for a oil change, and just checked my fluid today, and it was 2 + inches over the fill line, you guys have to hire people who know how to change oil in your own brand of truck without over filling it, i am glad that i didnt have a seal blown over the holidays.... i hope.... recommend you check your fluid level before you leave the yard with your truck, just goes to show you cant trust these guys' mechanics.

Having bought and transferred from another dealer the color didn't meet our expectations of Too Good to be Blue Metallic which is darker than we thought. It didn't (to us) match the color patch in the advertising brochure. :-(

lack of service turned a bad experience to a nightmare . - Davis5471

Upon being towed into drumheller on Boxing Day, we expected the dealership to be open on the 27th. The chain reaction of our nightmare with ford begins with Westgard motors not being open when their website clearly stated hours of operation for that day. We did not receive a call back until 3:30 the afternoon of the 28th. Unacceptable.
