Stacey and Jake are both very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable salesmen. I was very fortunate when I called OConnor that Stacey had answered my call. He listened to my bad experience story from another location and re assured me that it would be a much better buying experience this time around. He was right ! When we arrived at the lot Stacey needed to leave but Jake was there to pick up where he had left off. We knew what we were looking for so that was simple. We took the truck out for a test drive with Jake. He answered all our questions without having to think about it, no hesitation. The whole buying experience was very quick and seamless. When we were feeling like we needed to sleep on this huge purchase to us, financing offered us to take the truck home for the night and give it some thought. A couple times without asking she left the room for hubby and I to talk privately. The staff their have a real understanding on what a big decision buying a vehicle is.
No regrets !! I will only deal with O'Connor for all my truck needs and any questions I have I call them first. hope they have the vehicles we want over the next few years when its time for family members.

I have just bought my 2019 Jeep Compass Sport today and i have to say that i was very impressed by the overall attention to customer service that WIllowbrook supplies at both their used lot and new lot. I spent 3 days off and on there going and coming and every time every employee i noticed was smiling and so full of conversation to just engage in a simple "HI". The team is amazing, the service was amazing and i absolutely loved dealing with a lady sales person - sorry to the men but Ashley was so wonderful when i left i felt that i had gained a new friend.

Dealer doesn’t stand behind its cars or service. - Never again
Zero customer service. Bought a car with 400 km and only on dealer lot. Took car back for service 5 days after buying and they said no problem found. Turns out it needed a bunch of warranty work. FCA would not cover repair ‘due to faulty repairs by dealership’. Go Dodge response, “you bought a used car”. Really?! 400 km and you can’t fix the faulty repairs you did on windshield?

I took my EGR code to this dealer because their price was the same as my regular mechanic and I would have to go to Chrysler anyways to have it programed. Booked a 7 30 appointment to replace or program EGR valve. Was to be 1 hour so I waited... 3 hours later they were finally done. They also took it upon themselves to fix the airbag recall without asking me. Price was $100 more than quoted over the phone....Disappointed

I. Bought a car second week the battery kept dying tha car was supposed to be completely inspected and cleared ready to sell. Because the battery kept dying I noticed a trickle charger hooked up to the battery Red Flag ?? they finally agreed to tow it from my place to look at it after ignoring my suggestion the after market stereo installed by previous owner which discounted my gps system was draining the battery. After a week with no car finally was offered a dealership car and I was later Leary about buying the car made arrangements to meet and discuss other options sales was no show for 3 visits I basically was ignored and cornered to keep the car worst experience ever total scam artists buyer beware
