As a woman who is not very familiar with cars, the staff took the time to explain the problems with my Ford Escape and made me feel at ease. They established trust very quickly and I will be returning for future maintenance. I was also very impressed by the speed of service. The staff went out their way to fix my car in one day so I wouldn't have to be without a car for long. I returned home while waiting for my car to be fixed with their free shuttle service. 2nd purchase After dealing with Claudio first time around he made it very easy for me to come back. I had a ram 1500 loved this truck but had to cut it loose fuel cost were roughly 6800$ annually. Leased an escape for four years the gas will be a fraction of the costs in this new vehicle. Claudio is by far the best salesman in this industry I can speak truthfully because I've worked in the auto industry. Go see Claudio at yorkdale ford even if you have to come from out of town. More

He was great to work with and he pulled out all of the stops in getting me into what I wanted and needed most, at a comparable price. I had also been to other Ford dealerships, and the experience I had was not even close to my experience with Claudio at Yorkdale. I hope to work with him again one day. More
