General Review Great dealership for service. I own 3 Fords - 2 Escapes and 1 Mustang. Service has always been great whether it be Anne or Mark and Larry the shuttle Great dealership for service. I own 3 Fords - 2 Escapes and 1 Mustang. Service has always been great whether it be Anne or Mark and Larry the shuttle driver is a real convenience. The weak point of this dealership in my view is the Sales (at least it was when I bought my 2016 Mustang at another dealer). The two Escapes were bought at Yorkdale. We have the Mustang serviced at the dealer where we bought it because I get the feeling that Yorkdale is not all that familiar with the Mustang (at least in Sales which makes me conclude the same about Service in that if you don't sell a lot of that model of car, your service knowledge shouldn't be that high) but that's just a feeling and the service at the other dealer is such that I have never felt the necessity to change. More

Loyal Ford customer We have been a customer of Yorkdale Ford for 4 years and had thought we would see what we could get for a trade in, fully intending to sell our 2014 E We have been a customer of Yorkdale Ford for 4 years and had thought we would see what we could get for a trade in, fully intending to sell our 2014 Escape to our daughter for her first car. We were delighted to have Claudio provide us an outstanding trade in offer. Good news for us we came on the right day because we had an excellent sales person, got the best trade in , we won one of the dealership draws for Toronto Maple Leaf tickets and a $250 GC for gas. Bad news for our daughter, she would have to buy her own car. She has always driven my Ford vehicles and made the decision with the help of Claudio’s information, to make her first car a Ford EcoSport SE. I know that Ford will take good care of her. I have to tell you that my father’s first car was a model T in 1942, my first car was a 1972 Ford Cortina and now our daughter will make her first car a Ford.
