Excellent Dealership! I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle at York Dufferin Mazda. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Elyass Parwee I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle at York Dufferin Mazda. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by Elyass Parweez, who took the time and effort to accompany me on my test drive and explain to me all of the various functions of the car. We then sat down in his office to finalize the deal, and the whole experience was very smooth. Elyass even went out of his way to explain to me that a block heater might not be necessary for my needs, so I ended up saving some money! Manpreet Moti, the Finance Manager, was also very pleasant to deal with. She took her time to explain to me all of the various warranty and protection services offered by the dealership, and just like Elyass - was never pushy. I always felt comfortable saying no thank you or that I'd like more time to consider my options. Finally, Carlos Pizarro helped me out on the day I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car. He too was very helpful and took great care and effort to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Carlos and Manpreet also helped me make sure that the open recall on my car was fixed before my pickup date. All in all, a wonderful car buying experience. The people make the difference, folks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you give Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda a chance to earn your business. More

Terrible sales experience We dealt with salesperson Cole Ferry and at first he seemed very nice. He new nothing about the vehicle we were looking at and we had to correct him o We dealt with salesperson Cole Ferry and at first he seemed very nice. He new nothing about the vehicle we were looking at and we had to correct him on some of the claims he made about the standard features and the mileage. When it came to getting the monthly payments he went back and forth several time with his manager. He was rude to us and insulted me and my wife. They refused to give us the price we were quoted and eventually we just walked out. We took our business to Gyro Mazda and it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them. We love our new CX 5!! More

Very poor customer service from service dept We have been going to this dealer for 6 years for our Mazda purchased there, totally loyal and on point with all servicing/ car maintenance. Transmission died, not given a professional explanation as to what may have happened...requested a curtesy car and was told to rent a car ourselves, they would not even cover this cost for us. Belittled us whenever we discuss with management. Do not recommend this dealer to anyone, just lost a loyal customer....Do not deal with Steve Smith, horrible. More

But Matt can not handle rejection and he actually insulted it us out of his office. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time with these arrogant people who run the place. I had many questions about the Mazda 3 that I was interested in, and Ali was able to provide all the answers to my satisfaction. We agreed on a fair price, and I ultimately purchased the car. When we brought our daughter in to pick up the vehicle (her first car), Ali made sure it was spotless. He even went as far as putting balloons on it, and when he brought it out for her, she was really blown away......what a great touch! I would definitely recommend Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda, especially Ali to any friends or family looking for a new or used vehicle. I had an awesome experience with the staff and simply adore this car so far. Khalil was my sales rep. Khalil displayed great professionalism and customer service which was supported by the great customer service I received from the other staff. While I was waiting for the repairs to finish on my Mazda 5, several people recommended the Mazda 3. I have to agree. The Mazda 3 is great value with many features I expected to see in more expensive cars. It is also comfortable, very stylish, great on gas usage, and easy to drive.
