I took my Lincoln in for a snow tire changeover, and was advised that I qualified also for a free oil change... bonus... but a one hour job became a 3 hour one, and I couldn't wait on site, so I needed a shuttle home & back! Pat, the service advisor, said that normally for a tire and oil change, shuttle service was only to the closest mall, and not to my house. However because at the time I brought in my car the demand wasn't high, he waived that policy and I got a shuttle home.... thanks Pat. Costin was polite and friendly for the entire drive, and throughout our trip, he spoke about how great the dealership was, and all its benefits. He obviously loved working there, and his buoyant personality made the trip very entertaining. He's a great rep for Yonge Steeles Ford Lincoln dealership! There were only 2 hassles... one was their policy of storing tires off-site... I wanted the tires changed last week, well before the snowfall, but the earliest they could take me in for a tire swap was this week... one week later... and AFTER our first snow fall. Not a crisis, but very inconvenient. I'll be storing my tires elsewhere and getting them changed elsewhere as well. The other hassle was that well after I left the dealership with the changed tires, the tire pressure indicator came on showing that my tire inflation was low in 2 of the tires... you'd think that tire change service would also include a tire pressure check and re-inflation if necessary. More

what was supposed to be 3 hrs took 4 1/2 I came in for a service was quoted a price, the price then afterwards was increased plus they never told me that the parts were extra. I believe when you are quoted a price it should be for everything , I talked to the service manager afterwards and he was approachable. I will still be hesitant to take my car in for anything other than an oil change More

One of the worst services I have ever had. You need to set up and appointment you show up on time and they tell you that it will take 3 hours or more to change your oil. xxx.
