My experience started out half decent when I bought my My experience started out half decent when I bought my vehicle, but I have to agree that the sales manager is someone that should never be dealing My experience started out half decent when I bought my vehicle, but I have to agree that the sales manager is someone that should never be dealing with customers, he comes across as an arrogant dick. The sales person was good ( can't remember his name and he was gone shortly after I made my purchase) Mike Berry was excellent to deal with and he price was good, but that's where the good ends. Their service department is terrible. I have had to take my vehicle in several times for warranty work, and every single time it had to go back 2 or 3 times to get the job done correctly. Adding to the problem is the fact that they do not have loaner vehicles, or even something available to rent, so every one of these times I was withoput a vehicle for the day. I didn't buy a new vehicle to have to bum rides off people all the time. I could see having to make arrangements the first time, but when it comes to two or three times, it's more than a minor inconvenience. After this and the problems I have had with this vehicle not only would I never darken their door again, but I will never again own a Toyota. More

My visit to This dealership was a disaster! The sales guy Tom was ok at best but it all went down hill when Kevin the Sales Manager got involved. He was a complete snake, rude with a TON of crappy attitude which was clearly an issue with this dealership as the attitude only got worse with the General manager John Hogan, who has no business dealing with people!. This guy had ZERO tact and has to be one of the rudest men I have ever had the misfortune of meeting! I am very surprised that Toyota Canada would ever let people like this represent there brand. This was hands down the worst dealership experience I have ever had the misfortune of going through! There Reputation is a very poor one, I found out the hard way just how bad it really is! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! STAY AS FAR FROM THIS DEALER AS YOU CAN!!!! More
