"The service staff ignored me when I walked in the door..."

The service staff ignored me when I walked in the door and were very condescending in their attitude, especially towards women. I bought my mazda at Wolfe Mazda in 2010 and their attitude has not changed. As for servicing my car, we started going to Yonker Nissan because they didn't try to upsell us all the time. They were friendly and very helpful. As far as the video you sent to us, there is no indication that it was my car. We saw video of the underside of a car and cabin air filters, but how do I know whose car they belong to? As a result, we won't be going back to Wolf Mazda for anything again.

"AFTER price was settled on both the sales manager and..."

AFTER price was settled on both the sales manager and general sales manager tried to tell us there were extra fees. A rep from dealership apologized profusely when I complained in writing. Too little, too late. We also discovered they advertised that our new car had a feature which it actually doesn’t, the safety braking feature, so it doesn’t qualify for 10% ICBC deduction as they said it would. Very poor behaviour. Beware! We only consummated deal because the car they had was hard to get: 2021 MX-5.

Had a great experience buying my 2012 Mazda 3 here. I felt more confident buying a pre owned Mazda from a Mazda dealership than a used car lot or private sale, and four months later I still love the car. The staff took great care of me and I have zero complaints about my new car. This is my second Mazda now and I think this will be my car brand for life.

Monie is the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I have met a lot. I visited countless dealerships in my search for a new car, and the experience I had at Mazda with Monie outshines them all. I really appreciate how he did not put pressure on me to buy right away, he gave me the time I needed and in the end I went with an even higher trim than I had originally planned!
