2017 Buick Encore (Sport Touring) We upgraded from a 2009 Chevrolet Aveo LT to a 2017 Buick Encore at Western GMC Buick last week. I love my new vehicle! This was a huge upgrade for us, and I am very happy with our purchase. We had a great experience at Western GMC Buick. Our Sales person, Ryan, was nothing less than professional and courteous. He kept in touch throughout the purchase process to let us know what stage the vehicle was at (we purchased several protective coatings). I highly recommend purchasing a Buick from this dealership because they have a better selection than most other dealerships in Edmonton, the Sales staff are polite and professional, and there was no pressure to buy. I have not had any experience with the Service department yet, but I am looking forward to bringing it here. I hope I have the same experience with the Service department as I did with Sales.
