It was an awesome experience at this dealership. Straightforward and friendly. Didn't waste my time like many other dealerships have in the past. Up front and honest and I was very impressed with the offer for my trade in. I couldn't be happier with the whole process and will definitely be coming back for future vehicle purchases. The finance department was also amazing. I dealt with Rebecca Gottfried and she was efficient, informative, and friendly. The best part about the whole process is I did not feel any pressure. After having it check and learning it was empty, it was topped up so I could drive it to Western GMC (where I also purchased it Dec/16). I drove up to the service bay slightly frantic lol and was greeted by Steven who very calmly took care of immediately getting me a replacement truck and getting the proper repair done to my vehicle. He was efficient, helpful, calm and professional in all aspects of dropping off and picking up. When I went to meet the lovely ladies at the desk to obtain my keys, they were also excellent to deal with! More
