Over and Above - Excellent Service When buying a car - I researched a lot of different brands and models of cars. GMC or Buick were not on the top of my list of cars that I thought of When buying a car - I researched a lot of different brands and models of cars. GMC or Buick were not on the top of my list of cars that I thought of when I was first looking. I had almost settled on a car and had my husband come for a test drive, but he was not completely sold on it - so back to the drawing board. I searched a car on the web and came across the GMC and thought I will go take a brief look - I filled out one of the online requests and got a call back from James Mancini - he was friendly on the phone with no pressure and I set up a time to go take a peak. As soon as I looked at the Buick Envision and the GMC Terrain - I knew my husband would finally approve. I purchased the Buick Envision - it is a wonderful car - I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Of course buying a new vehicle is always a big expense that you don't want to feel like you have any regrets, so I hummed and hawed, as to whether to buy a 2018 or wait for the 2019 to come out as they were going to be released soon. I had decided to wait but because I was still in love with the car - I would visit the website frequently - I seen a car on the site that they had brought in special from another dealership for someone and that is when I learned that they could bring one in for me if I wanted. That was wonderful - that set James in "Operation Locate" - he found me the car that I wanted at a price that I wanted with everything that I wanted. James was great at keeping me posted on when the car would arrive, what options I could do, or extras that I could buy for it. He showed me the car and pointed out things about the car. When picking up the car he went through the various setups on the car and selections. This was a bit overwhelming as there is so much technology in the car. I even returned to see how I could get my memory seats to work - he was more than happy to spend time and show me long after I have purchased and help me out. James was great about dealing with any concerns or issues that I have had about the car and getting things fixed or repaired (touch ups), including providing a loaner to get that done. He was patient and went above and beyond to ensure that things were taken care of. We are hoping to purchase another vehicle in the next 6 months to a year and are planning on returning to Western - we felt that the dealership size and friendliness of the dealership to be above par to most of the dealerships. Staff does not seem to have a revolving door like other places and that you are not just another sale. The staff are genuine and helpful and make you feel welcome whenever you enter the dealership. I will definitely return to Western for all my service needs - including tires and servicing. More
