Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Dale. As you may, or may not already know, there is a global shortage of all makes of cars across the industry, due to issues with overseas manufacturing. We would love to have more cars to offer and sell, but unfortunately with the chip shortage, we are unable to receive the cars we are ordering. In a few months our inventory levels will be back to normal, but we understand the frustration with lack of selection.

Sorry to hear about the experience you had with us. There was just a history code for a catalyst low efficiency code, but all sensors were operating normally and there were no misfires present and no exhaust leaks. Tech advised most probable failure was Catalytic Converter, but it passed all tests and he was able to clear the code so Tech advised customer to monitor and if code returned it would likely need a Catalytic Converter. The $1900 was unrelated to the Engine Light – We did brakes and suspension work. He was charged $79.95 for diagnosis on the Engine Light.
