Every employee, from the guy moving vehicles who apologized for being in my way to the receptionist gave exception friedly and helpful service. But, above all the rest, Mr. Fred Pawlenchuk was thorough, exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and did not put any kind of pressure whatsoever on my wife and I to buy. What he did do was to clearly and concisely share the merits of the vehicle I eventually bought and gave us lots of time to think it over and make the decision to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone as Mr. Pawlenchuk and Westgate Chevrolet are a delightful exception to the harsh, pressure cookers that many other dealerships are. Also, the dealership had put in a new windshield in my truck and the weather stripping came loose after a trip to Calgary. No problem. Fred simply gave me his card, sent me to the glass replacement business and within 15 minutes it was repaired. The price was more than competitive. The deal offered was superior to that from a compeditor (different manufacturer) and this sealed the deal. Interaction with Brent and Patti was professional and painless.
