I rated Westgate Chevrolet a "5" in all categories because I was treated fairly and respectfully and cordially from the time I set foot on the Lot. But, above all the rest, Mr. Fred Pawlenchuk was thorough, exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and did not put any kind of pressure whatsoever on my wife and I to buy. What he did do was to clearly and concisely share the merits of the vehicle I eventually bought and gave us lots of time to think it over and make the decision to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone as Mr. Pawlenchuk and Westgate Chevrolet are a delightful exception to the harsh, pressure cookers that many other dealerships are. Also, the dealership had put in a new windshield in my truck and the weather stripping came loose after a trip to Calgary. No problem. Fred simply gave me his card, sent me to the glass replacement business and within 15 minutes it was repaired. The price was more than competitive. The deal offered was superior to that from a compeditor (different manufacturer) and this sealed the deal. Interaction with Brent and Patti was professional and painless. Not an SUV and not a mini car but something in between with a few upgraded features i wasn't looking to spend over 20k. From the minute Nancy contacted me i knew that this was the dealership i was looking for. Not only was she friendly but knowledgeable of her vehicles and answered all my questions before i stepped foot into a car for a test drive. There was ZERO pressure to buy anything she knew i was looking around but still didn't fail to provide me with everything i needed to make my decision easier. After i came back from taking a day to think about whether or not i wanted to buy my Sonic, i walked into the same friendly staff i had seen before. Not only is everyone at the dealership genuinely nice, but they care about their customers. I was offered coffee /tea enough times to know that they wanted to make me feel at home. Also there was a dog there who was just adorable. After i had bought my vehicle and was about to leave i got walked through my XM and my OnStar just to make sure i understood everything. I drove off the lot and even a few weeks later i've received a few calls to make sure everything is ok. Chevy farm definitely will be a part of my life.
