First I want to start by thanking all the staff at Westgate! They were all very friendly and wonderful to talk to and deal with. Frank was very accomodating and very honest. He was very patient with our time table and was willing to work around our schedules. Brent was very efficient, although we never got to sit down and deal with Brent directly, he did all the financial paperwork and was excellent!! I was able to deal with him via the phone and he was excellent at answering all my questions. When we did come in to do the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, everything was all done, basically all we needed to do was sign. He even included what he thought would be in our best interest (accident insurance). Patty was also great! She explained everything well, and answered all our questions in detail. Initially i was a bit hesitant as it was my first Chevrolet car. I was looking for used SUV's on Kijiji. I sent an email about a Lincoln Navigator for sale at Westgete. Nancy promptly responded and stayed in touch to see if I had any other questions. I set up a test drive with her, and was greeted by Nancy on my arrival. I left that day to look at another Navigator at another dealership. This unit was same year, with 60,000 less km on it, and sales guy was willing to give it to me for the same price as Nancy had offered of 17,200. It was the logical choice, as that was a substantial difference in mileage. I pondered my decision overnight, and decided to deal with Westgate and Nancy. This decision was heavily influenced by the fact that I felt Nancy was completely honest with me, and was not looking to hide anything, or decieve me. She was alo very honest with me, in things she was not sure of, as she is new to the sales department. She would get me the answers quickly an efficiently. I felt very comfortable with Nancy, as I had a feeling I was dealing with a person of integrity, and she was very eager to help me. She spent the day of my pick up learning everything she could about my SUV, so she could walk me through all the options. Jim was a true professional. He demonstrated a lot of knowledge in the vehicle we wanted to see and he also knew what stock you had in. There was a misunderstanding between the salesperson and myself. I thought that he said Westgate was required to do a safety inspection and that they would pay for it. I really appreciated Corey phoning the previous owner and getting the extra key for the vehicle for me. It cost me $50 to buy the key which was way cheaper than getting one cut at Mazda. More
