I received excellent service in both used car sales, and service. I purchased the vehicle (a used Ford Focus) in late November 2012. I was very impressed with the excellent service given by Grant Dewar in service. I purchased the vehicle (a used Ford Focus) in late November 2012. I was very impressed with the excellent service given by Grant Dewar in used car sales, and Patti Kehoe in the business office. I liked the friendly "low pressure" atmosphere of the dealership, and I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase. Everyone went out of their way to make it a very pleasant experience! In January 2013, I returned to the dealership with a problem with the rear window defroster. Daralyn Stene made all the arrangements for the service at a nearby Ford dealership, and arranged a loaner car for me. She provided excellent, efficient service! At this time, I also met Colin Heisler, Used Vehicle Sales Manager, because of the problem with the back window. Because I was leaving to go home to Ontario with the car, he made special arrangements to have the window delivered and installed within 2 days. Daralyn Stene was also involved with this service. Not only was the window expertly installed, the dealership covered the cost! Thank you!!! Overall, you made this customer form Ontario very happy! I strongly recommend your dealership, and would definitely purchase a vehicle from you again. I returned to Ontario 3 days after the January service, and the car ran very well! When my local garage did the safety check to switch to Ontario plates, they were very impressed with the car! Needless to say, nothing was required to pass the Ontario safety, because the car had been so well prepared by Westgate Chev. I apologize for being so late with this report, but I ran into some unexpected personal health issues after I returned home. All is well, now. I have purchased 2 trucks at The Chevy Farm. From the first time I was there I felt comfortable. If Nancy Manke and I lived in the same city, I'm sure we would be best friends. She is caring and thoughtful and thorough. Shopping for a car is stressful and since i couldn't find the car i wanted i we would be best friends. She is caring and thoughtful and thorough. I would like to express my immense appreciation for the help and service I received from Nancy Manke at the Chevy Farm while deciding about the purchase of a vehicle. She not only drove it to my home but help and service I received from Nancy Manke at the Chevy Farm while deciding about the purchase of a vehicle. She not only drove it to my home but I got to drive it around a few streets before driving us back to the dealer. Nancy did a lot of phoning and paperwork as well as giving me all the information that was important, down to the very last detail. She also made sure that my insurance was transferred to my new vehicle. Finally when all was settled Nancy helped me move my stuff from the old car to the new one. She made sure that my plug for the block heather was ready in place and put my licence plate on my new car. She came with me back to my home. I am so grateful for the attention and the help I received, especially as I am a senior and things get harder as you get older. I feel that Nancy has become a friend in a very short time. Brent Bowes was also very helpful in organizing my financing so that the purchase would go through. I have always received good service at the Chevy Farm. When I had to bring my car in to get repaired Stephen was great at getting me the information I needed to have it fixed and when I could bring it in to get it looked at. My first contact with Nancy was due to an internet inquiry. Nancy was quite helpful via email and responded to questions quickly, unlike many dealerships I have deal with in the past that offer inter inquiry. Nancy was quite helpful via email and responded to questions quickly, unlike many dealerships I have deal with in the past that offer internet inquiries but immediately want you to call them. Nancy seemed to dedicate her entire day to me. I wasn't abandoned by the sales person as soon as the deal was struck, she made sure that I was looked after throughout the whole process. She is quite friendly and easy going. There weren't any high pressure sales techniques used. It was more like visiting with a friend than buying a car. Brent was quite friendly and was not pushy with extras such as extended warranty or other insurances. Brent was as far as to contact my insurance company for me to make sure things went as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Westgate and Nancy specifically to friends or family. Westgate will be my first choice for purchasing a vehicle in the future. More
