I was dealing with another employee at Westgate who unfortunately became ill during the buying process. Nancy stepped in to assist during that employees absence and was friendly and knowledgeable. Frank was very helpful and worked hard to accommodate our specific needs. The dealership and service dept have great hours. The dealer showroom and customer waiting area is very clean and inviting. The reason why I stopped in was to see about getting a replacement truck because my old one was having issues. Having shopped around and gone to several dealerships around Edmonton, Westgate Chevrolet offered the best customer service experience a guy could ask for! More
