From the initial phone call to book my time for the oil change right through to the very end when I paid I was treated with nothing but courtesy and politeness. Had to send my GF to take the car in. I called ahead to make sure the oil change was covered (free), and that there was a shuttle or ride so she didn't have to wait. The lady on the phone assured me it was all good to go. They charged her for the oil change, and didn't offer her the ride. She told them the oil change was covered but they insisted it wasn't. I had to go after work to get it refunded. More

Arranged for a quick oil change by Wolfe Chevrolet, My preferred dealer. At the time I brought it in I asked, if they had time, to check my sticking ignition key. They found a faulty cylinder and arrang preferred dealer. At the time I brought it in I asked, if they had time, to check my sticking ignition key. They found a faulty cylinder and arranged for their service tech to have it replaced then and there. I appreciated the service especially since I was headed into the mountains and would have been in big trouble if my vehicle wouldn't start in the back country.
