We have been taking our XT5 in for service since we bought it over 2 years ago and have had a great experience every time. Really impressed this last time as we needed to make a last minute road trip a bought it over 2 years ago and have had a great experience every time. Really impressed this last time as we needed to make a last minute road trip and they were able to squeeze us in, and had everything done on time, and with a smile. We live out of town, but it's worth the drive to be treated so well. All the staff are very accommodating, but Mark is our first call when we need something looked after. Sat waiting for my car for two or three hours to get a air bag recall problem takin care of. The service air bag light was on and when they told me my car was ready the service air bag light was still on air bag recall problem takin care of. The service air bag light was on and when they told me my car was ready the service air bag light was still on. I see they noted it on the work order. Told me that it wasn’t part of the recall. I asked why they didn’t come and let me know and I’d liked it taken care of. They told me the technician is working on another vehicle. They told me if I would like to wait maybe another two hours before the technician could start working on it. Then it could take up to another two hours or so to find the problem. Not impressed. They asked me if I would like to make another appointment. I live 45 minutes out of the city. No thank you. Not impressed. Actually this is the third time I’ve been disappointed at Edmonton motors Wolfe Cadillac. More
