When doing the same at another dealer for a different vehicle I was given a runaround and wrongly sent to Alberta registries (Where they also did not know the process). All because this dealer didn't know how to acquire or process the inspection certificate for a vehicle going out of province (I found out and had to explain it to them). This experience at the other dealer left me with a real appreciation for the knowledgeable, helpful and professional staff at Edmonton Motors/Wolfe Cadillac. More
